Russian manicures are very rare in the Bay Area. I always went to the local walk-in nail salons but noticed my nails were always left weak and bending. They use hard builder gel here which allowed my nails to grow naturally and I can’t help but stare at how clean and detailed they do cuticles. They also take the time to paint the polish as close to the cuticle as they can so my manicure looks fresh for longer. I’ve gotten my nails done by Sara, Rachel, and Saba here and they’re all good.

Poor customer service after my nails (4 out of 10) started to lift from the cuticle 9 days after having them done. With evidence of 3,
4, 6 and 9 week nail retention on your business social media. And only 5 star reviews. This would be the quality of service a client viewing your work would expect to receive to.

Disappointing that retaining a new client and the new client experience isn’t important to your business.

In response to the owner I said " As far as I understand, your salon only offers one type of nail system/product for hard gel. If there are more, nail techs should take the time to explain options and expectations to clients"

The unfortunate part of my experience as a customer is that all the products and their potential for lifting were not explained to me, even after I mentioned to my nail tech that this was my first time using hard gel. I also shared my previous experiences with other nail systems during my nail journey with her.

In my text, I wasn’t claiming to be more knowledgeable but reiterating my prior experiences with lifting issues in other nail systems due to application technique. In which those salons redid the work.

While I appreciate your offer of a 10% discount on my next treatment as a resolution, my feedback is about expressing how any client might feel in this situation—frustrated when a service leads to lifting without prior warning or guidance.

It’s cute inside, the drinks are fire, and the vibes are always great. I love going to Studio 704. Saba is the coolest person I have ever met. She also happens to be the best nail tech I’ve had in my life, and trust me, I always have my nails done. I’ve tried acrylics, shellac, dip powder—just about everything. Years of switching between products left me with thin, fragile nails that peel. However, nothing has strengthened my nails more than Saba’s playful insistence on regularly oiling my cuticles, paired with the support of structured gel. Everywhere I go, people ask where I got my nails done, and it’s my favorite referral to give!

Finding Saba has been a serious highlight. I’ve been looking for a great nail artist for a while now. She gives the cleanest most detailed manicure without nipping my skin. The shape of the nails she does and art work is on another level. These are solid manicures that last too. My natural nails are growing and I have zero damage. I’m so excited to see her studio progress, it is going to be a really lovely space. Being in her company is also really amazing too.

I loved how focused she was in each appointment and never rushing or trying to make me change designs like other places I’ve experienced. Genuinely the best nail artist I’ve ever been to.

Waste no time and treat yourself by coming here to get your nails done with Saba. I been to so many nail salons in OC, popular ones with 1000+ reviews and she is unbeatable! You get what you paid for. She takes her time taking care of your nails with quality work and quality products. It is the definition of nail ART. You can have the long pretty natural nails with complex designs, people will be amazed they are not acrylics. I never have to feel bad about getting my nails done now because I am not damaging them. Saba never fails to deliver. Every set that I have ever gotten from her has gotten me countless compliments and my overall nail health has never been better. She is such an amazing human with such impecable attention to detail and insane work ethic. Not to mention she always makes you feel at home, whether it’s going through all of your life’s current events or if it’s sitting in silence to take a minute for yourself.
