Terrible customer service today. I come here for the high end brands and good service, but today the two women working in the store were beyond rude. There was only one other customer in the store, so not at all busy, but they chose to ignore us. One employee eventually greeted the other customer, but I was left to my own devices for the entire time I was in there. I even wandered the store and came up to the counter the other employee was daydreaming at, and still no recognition. I was planning on making a rather large purchase, several items from Chantecaille, but I will take my business to their website instead.

I was having horrible skin issues.... I went to Blumercury and met Cedric!!! What a jewel!!! He introduced me to a brand new line of skin care and talked to me thoroughly about all of my skin concerns. I love my new skin care line!! Thank you, Cedric and Blumercury!!!!!

I went for a specific item but left with a nice alternative plus samples to try all courtesy of Donna that works there. Even better the item she recommended me actually cost less than what I was looking for (although they can order in items if that's what you're looking for). Donna was very nice and knowledgeable, she took the time to get to know my pain points and make recs accordingly without being pushy. I'm definitely returning!
