This salon deserves more than 5 stars! Jenny did my nails and they came out amazing, I’m thrilled with my experience. The salon itself is beautiful, very clean and every person I interacted with was warm & friendly. My nails actually feel healthier and stronger after leaving the salon then when I first came in! She gave a lot of attention to the manicure itself and the shade that she mixed is perfect. I’m very happy with how they look and can’t wait for my next appointment.

James is the best! I’ve been going here for several months and I get Bio gel. His prices are very reasonable compared to other shops. He’s meticulous, very detailed and my nails always look great! I’m always happy with my nails and highly recommend this salon.

I called Tuesday to make an appointment. I was scheduled for 6pm on Thursday. I went in for my appointment 20min before. When the male employee/owner (idk) told me my appointment was on Wednesday. But he clearly told me thursday. I asked if they could take me. He said no. I didnt drive 45min from woodland hills for him to schedule me on the wrong day. I also wrote it down on my calendar. The nail tech was almost done with her client. I believe he could have made customer service a priority and made an exception.

Extremely dissatisfied with my service. I wanted to see if they had space for me as a walk in and there was only 3 clients in there at the time and about 6 technicians on the floor. My nails were very long and dirty and I was expecting a thorough cleaning as they normally do. Not only did they not cut off all my cuticles there was still dirt under my nails when I left and my nails were filed much shorter than I requested, it looks as if they cut them and extremely unevenly at that. Some nails were square, some were round. I asked James if he could come and fix or finish my manicure because there was a language barrier between me and the current technician working on my nails. He proceeded to lecture me about the importance of booking an appointment so that I was guaranteed a better manicure/technician and then did not do anything to fix the current situation. And if thats was the case he could have just said that they did not have time and told me to come back instead of just sitting me with one of the worst technicians just to get it done. This technician was rude, impatient and did not seem to know what he was doing. He didn’t even give me a chance to choose a color before placing the base coat and when I asked for an extra coat he ignored me and continued to finish the set as it was. They also charged me an extra 5 dollars for a shimmer.. I understand if I had asked for a design or french or even those chrome colors but this was just a shiny top coat that he slapped on carelessly. When I got up to pay with James he stated my total was $100 but he “gave me a $5 discount” heres the price breakdown: 45 pedicure 40 manicure and 10 extra for the too coat in my hands and feet so that adds up to 95.. where is the discount?

I’ve recently started coming here to get bio gel nails because not every salon does this. This place is very clean and I love that I don’t need to wait for my appointment like other places. I’m literally there for an hour and I’m out the door! They all do a really nice job!

Went in on a whim today. I had gel x nails done elsewhere. They filled them beautifully and shaped them perfectly. Couldn’t be happier!
