I come here all the time well let out I USE to. But I went in today and the service was just horrible. The older man giving me a pedicure didn't want to add a tip on my nail. I like my toe nails square tip and I like they way the look with square tip and he's was like no you don't need it ok but I like it. Then told me my nail was too thick I told him I'll cut it down myself to add a square tip. He's got up and left and the owner I'm guessing she is came and said just paint the nails they look fine. I told them no I'll go somewhere else so
I paid them then thought no I just paid $70 they should give me what I want so I clipped my own nails and went back and the owner refused to give it to me she said no no you already paid next time we do it. I was so upset!!!!!!!!! This is crazy that they just don't listen to you. Insane to me

Super happy with this nail salon in San Pedro. Lena was so sweet and took extra care and time to make sure our acrylic nail dips and gels were perfect. She added tips also and created a lovely shape. Great selection of colors too.

Never going back. Went in as a walk-in asking for a basic pedicure and a gell fill (with 1 nail fix). Was asked to sit at a manicure table. The place wasn't busy at all, and all spa pedicure chairs were available. I sat at the table a bit confused. Then I was told they were going to do my pedicure at the table. I was not comfortable with this 90s style treatment so I asked to start with a pedicure in the spa chairs first. Then I noticed the material (color print) was dark from dirt build-up. Red flags were going off in my head, but now it's too late. They started to fill the tub without a plastic liner. I then asked for a liner, which they used. The lady pulled too much skin off my big toe causing it to bleed and be sore for the next several days. After she was done she placed a towel in front of the chair I was to sit in at the manicure table but expected me to walk over there barefoot on their dirty floor. When I asked for slippers she reluctantly got them and then removed the towel from the floor where I was going to sit. The equipment wasn't properly sanitized either. They had a box labeled "cleaned" with the equipment. Am I supposed to believe this is actually clean? 🤔 In the end I paid $90 and will Never go there again.

Stopped here before our Cruise out of the San Pedro Port. OMG what a great hidden gem! Super clean, staff wore masks and gloves, and the price for an entire treatment including a true callous removal was only 25 bucks! The prep work was impeccable. The polish is perfect. This level of pampering back where we live would be triple the cost. What a treat! Skip the cruise spa. This is the place! Close to port too.

I asked for a pedicure and she did not know what she was doing she tried to send me home with two thick nails. Me and my sister got home with cuts on the bottom of our feet. Never again!

I asked for a design and the lady supposedly did a spider which looked like a smudged dot. The other nail looked decent until she added the top coat and smeared it. Because she had a client she left it alone and said she was done. I didn’t say anything and I gave her a $5 tip. Should’ve gave her 0. I should have taken a picture but I was too disappointed

Viki did my nails and I loved them! First time here and I won't go anywhere else! I got a full set with gel for $35! She's very clean fast and gentle! And she's very sweet too!
