loved them the first time i went but it’s happened twice now that they didn’t let the polish dry long enough and it left a large bubble in my nail polish that wasn’t fully cured. eventually the bubble popped and left a hole in the polish

I had a terrible experience at this nail salon, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who cares about the health of their nails. I came in to remove my Gel X extensions, and instead of using proper techniques, the technician aggressively ripped off the extensions using a nail tip to pry them off, even though the glue was still holding strong. This caused my natural nails to be ripped off with the extensions, exposing my nail beds and making them bleed.

I repeatedly told the technician that it was painful, but she ignored my pleas and continued. I had to tell her angrily that it was really painful before she stopped. At that point, it was already too late, and my nails were severely damaged. What frustrates me even more is that they clearly knew there were better techniques available. They were soaking off the extensions on one hand, while on the other, they were aggressively yanking at my nails and even drilling into some of them. It was obvious she lacked the patience to do it properly and rushed through the process.

I’ve been to many nail salons around the world, and never experienced anything like this. In every other place, they’ve used a drill to gently file down the extensions, a technique that is both painless and effective. When I told the technician she had ripped off part of my natural nail, she completely dismissed my concerns and said it wasn’t her fault, which is ridiculous.

It’s unacceptable to ignore a customer who is clearly in pain and to not use less damaging techniques when they’re available. The entire experience felt rushed and careless. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I was disappointed with my second visit to Pinks Salon. The staff seemed rude and uninterested in my preferences. When I asked for my gel polish to be removed and for a regular manicure, it felt like I was being dismissed. The technician struggled with my nails, using gel polish instead of regular, and insisted it was regular polish, which never dried and ended up sticky. After being there for an hour and a half and spending $35 I had to remove it at home. Overall, the service left me feeling unwelcome and frustrated. I won’t be returning

My visit to Pinky was fantastic! Sophia and Tam were so friendly and attentive, listening carefully to our nail preferences. They provided excellent service, and the complimentary mimosas added a luxurious touch to our experience. The atmosphere was cozy, and the conversation was delightful. I highly recommend this salon. They allowed us to stay and enjoy our mimosas after our services and were the sweetest!

Been here for a pedicure and it was great. Saw other people had gotten designs on their manicures so I thought I’d give it a shot. Maybe it depends who does it…

Some other customers came in while I was getting my designs painted and the woman started rushing. I asked her to redraw some of the moons and lines but they are still pretty sloppy and rushed 🙁

Unfortunately, I've had to completely change my review. I've been coming here three years and the quality of work has gone downhill. There is always a different tech doing my nails, so I never know what I'm going to get. One guy watches shows on his phone while he works. How are you paying attention to the work while watching tv? That's wild to me. They all have their own interpretation of my nail shape. They use to play the radio, they don't and so it's eerie quiet in there.
The owner/manager is chatty, he makes a lot of jokes and comments about looking for a husband/dating/says I love you a lot to everyone. It seemed funny at first but it makes me uncomfortable now .
I went in recently and said my last fill wasn't good. A nail broke in a few days and 2 others lifted. Didn't seem to phase him. Didn't fix one that lifted and it broke after a couple days. Paid full price for it, thought there might be some compensation for shotty work previously.
Like I said, it's a revolving door of techs. Not sure I'll continue to come if this is the direction of the business.
