They took care of everything and were very kind and solicitous to me and my family, in our time of grief. There was no pressure, just options, that we decided on as a family that they respected and worked things out to our needs. They handled so many things that I would never have thought of. When I would think of things last minute for the services, they were able to handle my requests even sometimes last minute. They were quietly efficient during the services, letting us know everything we needed to do. The facilities at Benito & Azzaro are very beautiful and tranquil. I highly recommend them for your loved one's parting services. I can't say enough how not having more to worry about in planning took a lot of stress off of us.

Our family used Benito&Azzaro for my 98 year old mom’s services. She passed peacefully at home just before 3 AM and by 5AM B&A had come for her and kindly asked if we needed more time before they took her away. We were able to meet with them the next day. They did all the contact work with our church and the cemetery. Everything came together without any issues. They were so kind at every level of this emotional time. It was a beautiful facility too. Just perfect for our ceremony.

We had a great experience with Benito and Azzaro. We were pleased to know they would go over the hill to Santa Clara when the need arose to have our mother cremated. It was comforting to know all was handled with just a phone call at her time of passing. They coordinated with the Cemetery where her ashes were being buried letting us know exactly what was needed. We appreciated their kindness and efficiency at this time and were so glad we could use local services. Even though this was a simple cremation, we could not have had better service had it been the most elaborate and expensive of funeral services.

Benito and Azzaro, made sure they were available for us through the whole process of my son’s death.
They took care of my son after his passing, the funeral, the casket, the death certificates, among other details I was too overwhelmed to even think about at the time of his death.
I cannot recommend them enough to anybody who finds themselves faced with the difficult task of having to bury a loved one.

Benito and Azzaro Pacific Garden Chapel have been great comfort during our time of grief. The gentleman that arrived at our mother’s residence after her passing to take her body to the funeral home was very comforting. He was professional, was not in a hurry and was very kind and gentle. He explained what he would be doing and what procedures that would follow. The next day when we met with Maddison at the funeral home, she was an incredible help to us. She explained the plan that our mother had in place and answered all of our questions. She was very patient, professional and sympathetic. She took care of the obituary, death certificates and other documents that were required.
We cannot recommend Benito and Azzaro enough for families that are going through such a difficult time in their lives.

David and his crew at B&A’s Pacific Garden Chapel did a fantastic job helping us say farewell to our mom. There was caring and compassion in every interaction. Mom had set up a prepaid plan almost 20 years ago, and also left us very clear instructions. Her advance planning plus the support we got from PGC made this time of grieving and letting go considerably easier. Thank you, David and everyone else at PGC.

When you have to go through a death it’s tough. Benito and Azzaro made everything go perfectly and took care of it all so we could spend the time with relatives and family. I cannot say enough good things about Benito & Azzaro Pacific Gardens. David and his team offered compassionate, caring and efficient services for my father's funeral over 7 years ago, and most recently, took care of my mother's passing. They handled a wide variety of details and services, including working with medical staff to obtain signatures over a week-end. I highly recommend them.
