I will never ever go back to this Beauty Supply. The man probably the owner was very rude and at first I thought he was kidding me when he started talking to me the way he was talking to me poor Customer service and I don’t need to be treated like that, no matter where I go when I’m going to spend my money. He didn’t understand what I was asking for OK I get that but don’t be mean about it. Don’t b rude. He said something to the woman as I left out I’m sure it wasn’t a nice comment. I’ve gone to too many Beauty Supply shops that work with me are kind, helpful and have great customer service.

Very organized and clean. The 1st time I came to this store, they were kind. 3 months later i decided to come here again the man there rushed me. I barely stepped my foot in. He asked what I'm looking for, but guess they didn't have it, and because they didn't have it, he started getting angry like he wanted me to leave as if I didn't want to look around for something else. I'm a super shy person, and having a store owner yell at me for no reason really made my anxiety sky rocket. I'm sure he didn't mean to be so mean. Probably, that's just his personality. I'm afraid to come here again 😅 I'll leave it to the people who can take mean store owners

Shame on the owners of this beauty store! I have frequented this store in the past and have always been satisfied if not ambivalent with the service, however today was a shocking and eye opening experience. Having come in looking for a specific brand of hair and not seeing it I decided to take my time and peruse what they had available. As I took my time looking through their selection and tying to decide what I needed, this must have aroused the owner as being "suspicious".

The male owner asked me a few times if I needed help, and each time I politely declined with "No thank you, I am okay". By the third time he asked, I asked in return if they were closing soon and he told me no. I then took it as a hint they he wanted me out and so I decided to hurry up and get what I was going to get and leave. As I was gathering the last of the items I was about to purchase, I was stunned when the owner told me he wanted me to leave! No reason nor explanation was given, wasn't even able to complete my purchase and when I asked why he couldn't he put together a sentence let alone a reason as to why I was being asked to leave.

Never in my 28 years of living have I been asked to leave a place. I admit I can pass for a high schooler on most days, I was dressed pretty comfortably, and I had a small reusable tote for my items but I was not suspicious in the slightest in my opinion. I definitely will not be doing any business here and I will warn anyone thinking of shopping here not too, especially if they don't want to risk being racially profiled.

The asian couple is very warm and welcoming. They were very happy that I made a purchase ; whereas they gave me a bunch of samples. The only negative was the prices weren't clearly marked like they were just starting in the area.

The Owner was very rude. I tried to ask him a few questions about the color of the hair I was looking for and tried showing him what I had gotten before and he told me not to ask him go ask someone else. I was going to buy some product from him but he told me to leave so I didn't buy anything and left. I would not recommend this place there's a few other. Beauty Supplies in the area that are much better.

These people are very rude, they straight up curse me out in Korean (I understand Korean but I’m black). Their shop smells like it used to be a dog groomer place.

Owners are soo nice n sweet n if they dont have the color u want they will get it 4 you in a few days n they will call u when the product comes in.. Love this place !!!
