He’s so rude the owner is an asian man. All i was doing was looking for a compact mirror and was checking if any of the mirrors were broken and he said no need to open them they are all the same and i put all my stuff back up and left. Customers have the right to check out anything they want to buy in order to make sure it’s fine. He had no respect and everytime i go he’s always being rude.

BEST BEAUTY SUPPLY STORE! I've literally came to the same beauty supply store since I was 14 years old. It's the same every beauty supply store has. These people have always been so nice and now they have their next generation take over the store. I expect nothing leas then they have always been. And now at 29 I'm still coming from Richmond just because I love them so much.

I would rate this place a zero if i could. My friend I and walk into this store to find a edge brush and the old lady that works there had racial bias. She would stalk us ever every aisle we went to. And one point she ask us if we need anything we said no. But of course she still continued to stalk and follow us every aisle we went to. We eventually ended up leaving. But I still go here because it's the only beauty supply near me. So I suggest if you want to come her come with someone else. Plus the man at the counter mean mugged me and my friend as we left the store. Also the edge brush was so over expensive.

Visited this store on Saturday. Was very disapointed. I started talking to another customer about nails. The asian female employee asked if she could answer any questions. We said no. She stood there and watched us. Like we were going to steal something. So as we go to register she is just following and watching us . I did make a purchase for something I needed. I am so sick of going places and being shadowed because I am black. I will never visit this store again . This is an Asian owned store that sells products to black women and men. If you are going to think everyone is a thief who is black .You need to close your store I will tell everyone that I know not to patronize this busines

This place overcharges for most of it's hair products. A Carol's Daughter product that can be bought right now on sale from the Carol's Daughter website for $10 (regular price is $12) is being sold for $17.99 at this store! Someone on here commented that they couldn't get a price over the phone, well that's probably the reason why. They are taking advantage of the community they are in and I wouldn't patronize this store.

What is the world coming to when consumers are forced to purchase unwanted goods and products. Shopped for front lace wig for my Mom to wear to a wedding coming 11/20/2021. Mom is temporarily disabled on crutches and cannot get around on her own. Showed saleslady color picture tag with name of hairstyle, color, code number, and brand name, Bobbi Boss to save her time. Saleslady was unhelpful with an attitude; however, she tried to persuade me to purchase a two-tone wig, purple and blonde that the store was trying to get rid of (unwanted stock). Explained to her that all ebony people are not into curly hair and blonde wigs. Saleslady claims that wigs were mixed on the shelves with a series of other wigs and that it would be too inconvenient for her to search for what I needed. Mom has been a customer since 2001.
