This was my first facial and brow wax in 5 years so needless to say I was anxious going into the appointment. Caitlin made the experience a complete dream. Started with shaping my brows to perfection and then a Hydrafacial which was such a relaxing experience. Her knowledge and suggestions were exactly what I needed after being out of the skin world for such a long time. My second appointment we did a Brow Lamination which completely blew my mind. It completed my brow make over and really shaped my face. We also have great conversation and she is such a nice, genuine person. Thrilled that I found Caitlin at Beauty Room and will be back for more treatments so keep my skin and brows feeling fresh. Also, the salon is beautiful, clean and all the staff are extremely friendly.

I’ve been going to Caitlin for my brow appointments and she is the best. Always providing a welcoming environment, she’s professional and easy to talk to. She always leaves my brows looking amazing and just the way I like them. I love that she walks you through the appointment to make sure everything is to your liking. Highly recommend her!!

Caitlin is amazing!! She did an amazing job with my eye brow lamination & wax appointment. She made me feel so welcomed and my experience very enjoyable. It is a very sanitary and cute spot as well! Cannot wait to go back, highly recommended her!!!!

I see Caitlin for my brow and skin appointments, she is very professional but also super easy to talk to. Always does my brows just the way I want them and explains the process throughly. The beauty room has great parking, always smells clean and fresh, and you really get what you pay for here!! She has helped me with my dark spots/freckles that I expressed were bothering me. I now use vitiman c & retinol in my routine and couldn’t be happier! Gives the best neck and shoulder massage also!!

Ive been going to Gemma for well over 6 months and i have to say shes sweetest girl! She’s very knowledgeable and always takes the time to explain every service they offer. Ive had different facials and ive loved all of them! My top 2 favs are the hydra facial and the biorepeel. Ive been going to her more frequently for the past 2 months for my wedding thats coming up October 14. Im so happy with my results. My face is supple and acne free.
