The young lady was very careful (slow) to get my old polish off. 1 hr later, she was very careful (slow) to get my new polish on. 1 hr later, I was paying $32 for a polish change. I did not get a full manicure. The polish was goopy, and the brush needed to be replaced. It was my granddaughter's birthday but because we spent two hours getting our fingernails painted we missed several activities we were supposed to do. Now 2 1/2 hours later, my gooped nail polish is smearing off. I am so upset that I even sat there with my baby girl waiting an hour after her nails were completed.

They are so professional. They are not pushy. If you choose regular polish, no one is trying to convince you to pick gel or upgrade to a different service. They offer beverages during your service. The wine comes in a frosted glass, which I think is a nice touch. I got a deluxe pedicure and a manicure. I’ve had deluxe pedicures at places all over the state and this one by far has been one of the best at a walk in nail salon. No rushing and the lady communicated well with me on each step. I will definitely be back.
