10/10 would recommend. My daughter needed her nails done for her promotion and I took her here after finding it on Yelp. Ethan did an amazing job at the picture my daughter showed him. He got everything correct and even free styled the thumb. I am a stickler at nails and this definitely exceeded my expectations for what I look for when getting my own nails done. The inside is clean and very well organized.

i got this beautiful set on a couple weeks ago for my birthday. the people there were very nice, sweet, and funny. the set lasted long until i took them off at home because i tend to pick at my nails. they were very well put on and it took me a while to pry them off but i eventually did and surprisingly there wasn’t as much damage from me taking off the nail as i thought. i love this place and i will definitely be going here to get my nails done every time💕.

Here’s what my Gel Chrome manicure looks like 7 days later.

I paid $40 to have my requests/concerns dismissed. I spent 2 hours at the shop, while they attempted to fix the first round of poorly done nails, but only on one hand. Instead of removing the polish to preserve my nail, the technician just shaved down the Polish causing my nail to become brittle. The technician also failed to provide full service which included a lotion massage + hot towel wrap.

Overall, I believe that they all meant well but I am disappointed with my first time visit here.

My advice to the staff here is that if you’re going to use our nails as mannequins, please ask us if we’re okay with our service potentially being compromised. I’m not sure if the nail technician was new (she needed constant help), but it’s important to let paying customers know exactly what they’re walking into. The technicians I was booked with is not the technician that did my nails.

Here is my updated review because they’re now using my child to deflect from their mistakes:

It is completely inappropriate & unprofessional to blame my child for the poor work the Technician did. My child sat patiently in that chair for an hour. If my nails were done correctly, we wouldn’t have been at the nail salon for so long & my child wouldn’t have been so uncomfortable. I wasn’t charged for the Chrome because it was a part of the promotion the salon was offering, not because they tried to right their wrong. I never had an issue with the color I picked, either. I had bubbles on each finger nail because of the way the polish was applied. The chrome did not completely cover my nails (you could see the white gel Polish) & each nail had an inconsistent shape to it (nor was it the shape that I requested). The male Technician had to step in & attempt to fix the mistakes.

Be accountable & hold your technicians accountable when they fail to do their job. Don’t dismiss someone’s concerns. Use this opportunity to do better & learn from your mistakes.

I do not recommend this salon to anyone because a salon with Technicians that cannot own up to the cheap, incomplete service they provide is a salon not worth visiting.

Daisy is an artist. She painted my nails and gave me one of the best pedicure I ever had. Make sure to make an appointment, they get busy quickly.

The staff seems nice, but unfortunately I absolutely hate my dip powder manicure. My nails are not even in length or shape and she dipped my nails in the powder too many times and it looks chunky like press on nails, and these are my natural nails. She kept asking me if I like the shape because I know she could tell that I wasn’t feeling it at all. I left very unhappy, almost to the brink of tears. I just moved here from Oakland and I’m already missing my old nail salon. Unfortunately, I will not be frequenting this business.

Beauty Haus will be my new go to salon. The staff are very friendly and really take care of you. My friend and I went together and they brought us out chilled water and really helped us decide on our options. The salon is well decorated and they have soothing music playing in the background. They are well priced and if you pay in cash they give you a discount.

I have never felt more special at any other salon. My first experience here, I walked in right before closing and they treated me like the princess I believe myself to be. They took their time and gave me a great experience. They take such good care of everyone that comes in. Beauty Haus is clean, sanitized and not to mention BEAUTIFUL. I love coming alone for much need “Me time” or with girlfriends to catch up on life’s highs and lows-did I mention that they serve complimentary wine? Did I mention that they give the BEST massages with your mani pedi. Highly recccomend that you grab a few of your friends and check them out! They have specials right now too. A MILLION STARS ✨
