Went there for the first time for a pedicure and a manicure, everyone was super nice, the environment was nice and relaxing. The person who did my nails really took her time doing my nails and I'm very happy with the way they turned out. I'll definitely go there again

Very bad 1st experience. I asked for acrylic only on my big toe and it looks very bad and crooked. She hurt my skin a lot. As you can see in the photo it looks red and swollen. I feel pain so I will never go back!

I love coming to get my nails done at Bebe’s! They are fast, efficient and polite. The environment is comfortable and the service is great! The last visit was awesome because I went with my daughter visiting from Florida! She loved her nails and the service as well! I always look forward to returning! Thank you

Staff is friendly but I definitely didn’t have the nails I wanted. I paid $40 for a full set that wasn’t anything remotely like the picture I showed. They also charged me extra for shape and my nails were definitely NOT coffin shaped at all... Not to mention one of them fell off within 4 days of having them done. I would look elsewhere if you’re seeking something that requires any skill or attention to detail for your nails! Especially at the price.

My friend and I went in this shop for a pedicure. They asked if I wanted the rough edges around my heals 'done', calling it callous removal, $5 extra. Didn't shape my nails at all, no leg lotion, no hot rocks. There was no old polish on my toes that needed removed, so they basically painted my nails and walked away. Never again.

new to the area. this is my second time coming here and i do not recommend. they like to miscommunicate and add on random charges. and the simplest designs i showed them they told me they didn’t know how to do and to choose something else, how are you a nail shop and can’t keep up with the nail trends and just like last time i got cut on my toe during my pedicure and cut on my finger while getting my nails done. before i let them work on me i asked with photos of what i wanted to be CLEAR on the price for exactly what i wanted, my pedicure was $40 + $7 for the hot wax and at checkout the charged me $65 due to the white polish i chose 😑 and for my nails i was quoted $50 but at checkout they charged $67 because of the white powder they used for the milky look 😑 . my nails look bumpy and crooked. i was charged total of $132 for basic white toes and basic milky french tip that the lady had to ask the boss how to do even do it. ridiculous, in the bay i would only pay $70 max for what i got at this shop. home techs are wiping these nail shops out the game so if anyone recommends a home tech hmu .
go anywhere but bebe nails waste of time money and the techs don’t know how to do anything other than basic designs.

I don't normally write reviews but I've had two disappointing experiences at this salon, and I think the reviews don't reflect every experience. The first time I came here I came with one of my girlfriends and we both got a fill. They rushed us through, and kept taking more walk ins. There was a total of 6 people waiting so they did not take their time at all. The polish did not look good, neither did the shape on both of us.
I tried them again to see if maybe they would do a better job if they were less busy and the experience was worse. There was only 2 other people in the salon while I was there, and they were already being taken care of... nobody waiting. I got a pedicure and my acrylic nails removed. The pedicure looks ok- my big toe is cut crooked and she took off more of the nail than needed to be cut. Then on my nails instead of soaking them/drilling etc. she used a fake nail to dig under my acrylic nail and try to pry it off. IT HURT. I saw ow and pulled my hand back like 10 times. I also asked her if she can remove them a less painful way... she ignored my request and still she attempted to take it off with the fake nail. Finally after she couldn't get them off that way... she said "I'll soak in acetone" and had me put my hand in acetone and then she drilled off the access. That method takes a little bit longer but is 1. more effective and 2. causes less pain for the client. This experience showed yet again they aren't concerned about doing a good job for their client or if they are experiencing pain.. they just want to do everything the quickest way possible. My fingers are still sore....I would not recommend this salon to anyone.

It seemed like they had no idea what they were doing at all. I went in for a fill and my nails were not filled you can see the edges and where they are lifting up. The color i previously had is still on there on the back of the nails you can see it. They were very aggressive with the way they handled my nails. Paid 40 dollars for awful service i went in with better nails that were two weeks old. I am very unhappy with the service and i don’t know how they have any good reviews at all.
