⚠️ warning please due your due diligence on companies like this, they will try to bait and switch you out of your home. I have been investigating companies(playing gullible) like this one."Balsamo" ,they are truly all the same. They are making the market bad for home owners! Don't believe the reviews because I've noticed the same picture(different name)of a reviewer in two different scenario's . They are swindler's who try to bamboozle hard working people out of their homes. There's dishonest,money hungry "investor tyrant's" in the business,who wear the Devil's mask 😷.

This company was the answer to my prayers originally. My house was a wreck and I needed to sell. They offered 87,500. 7,500 more than my highest offer. I signed the offer and was told we were waiting on the title company to close. After 10 days, I received a text saying they would only pay 20,000. I was livid. I had turned every other offer away. They offered to list my home. They would pay to list and, if I made any money, I could pay for the listing. If I didn't get any offers then that would tell me to abandon the home to the bank and walk away. Needless to say, I didn't take that advice. I had to start over and apologize and see what I could do. Now on limited time. I found an offer for 66,000 and just closed for 66,000. I do feel they cost me about 14,000 and more grey hair. This was a nightmare and all for them to try to walk away with my home for less than the cost of the lot.

I just sold my house to Scott and his team a week ago. When we started the process, I was very concerned that this might be a scam. I even expressed my worries about it with Scott.
Everyone I talked to warned that it was "too good to be for real." Scott took it all in stride and was patient, reassuring and courteous.
I almost canceled the deal but decided to stick with it and BOY(!!) am I happy that I did! Scott was able to do all the paperwork electronically and helped me complete it all, and he was consistently kind, yet professional. I'm so glad I made this choice. It would have been so much more difficult if I'd tried to sell in conventional ways. I recommend Scott and Balsamo Home Investments highly.

Working with Scott was the best first time experience I could ask for. Working with him and his team made me feel appreciated. Scott is very trustworthy, kind, understanding, hardworking and he is passionate about his work. I didn't have to do any paperwork, Scott and his team did it all. All I had to do is sign. He is always there for you when you need him night or day and he also keeps his word to you. People kept telling me that this was a scam, they said "This sounds too good to be true."
