Just wanted to share an honest review. They were super nice to take a walk in, and they were super nice the whole time. But overall, if I wanted my nails to look like a child painted them, I would’ve done it myself. Doesn’t seem like much care was taken with my cuticles, and the nail polish is super uneven. On some of my nails the polish is up on my cuticles. It being gel polish, i can’t just fix it myself. Had the manicure Saturday, photos are from Sunday. So no nail growth shown.

I always get the orange peel pedicure here and it’s a great value for the price, at $55 you get hot stones, paraffin wax, a 15 minute massage, and polish as well as the normal pedicure things. I have never got a manicure here, and haven’t heard much about them.

I took my daughter Tuesday to get her nails done, on Wednesday one of her nails fell off.

Mind you my daughter forgot her wallet in my car. I told her to come out for it because I had my two babies in the car I didn’t wanna get off with both of them. I was parked right in front of the nail place. The lady followed my daughter to the car and Stayed right behind her going to the car and walking back into the store. Uncomfortable 😣

I Will not be going there again. Hopefully I can find another place in Santa Rosa. If I could give it a negative results I would. But I had to give it a one star.

Today I came into the salon last minute wanting a full set, they took me right away even though they were closing in 45 minutes. Let me say, Tanya is absolutely amazing. I told her the idea I was going for and she gave me so many different recommendations, took the time to show me a basic idea of how it would look on her own nail. She was super sweet, didn’t rush me or doing my nails one bit. She took her time which to me is really important. I totally recommend her and this nail salon, great customer service, and sooooo many different colors to choose from matte & normal.

I have been getting mani pedis here for over 2 years so far, with occasional sculpture gels for vacay. The salon is super clean and all the techs are friendly and skilled. Ask for Lisa, she is a total perfectionist!

My all time favorite place to get my pedicures done. Super clean and I love Tania and Hanna!!! They are always super nice and kind. They make my time there so relaxing. They definitely make me feel pampered and well taken care of. Thank you so much and I look forward to my continuous gel pedicure.😊

this was my 3rd time going in. first time was excellent job but super rushed! second time the owner did my nails and it was fantastic! 3rd time i had the worse experience! i have infection in my toe i was bleeding as well while she did my pedicure, my nails after 3 days are chipping, have bubbles in, and are bumpy and i have gel on. super disappointed and she reminded me not to forget her tip, that of course i always tip but i found it rude to be reminded, it’s up to the customer to tip depending on experience and job.

I love Avalon Nails! The employees are always friendly and professional. The salon is clean and they make it safe with barriers they put up. I have been to Tanya quite a bit and she always makes my nails look beautiful! She is so sweet and kind. I highly recommend this salon.
