10/10 experience, Amy did my dip manicure in record time while using her expert experience to take care of the smallest details every step of the way. The team helped me find a matching color for my dress and were so welcoming and nice. Thank you Amy and team! I can’t wait to go back.

I wish I can give No stars to this unprofessional salon! I was there b mistake because it's 2 nail salon on that area, but I didn't cancel my appointment because I thought it's not right just don't show up in last minute, I went there with hope to get a good service and maybe I can be there customers but Amy was so RUDE with me in each question I asked about the difference of the products she gave me an attitude. She was so nervous and cute one of my nail! I don't recommend this unprofessional with zero customer service salon at all.

I can not recommend Amy enough! She is truly a nail and waxing queen. I have been going to her for a few weeks now and I’m so happy to have found my new nail spot in San Jose.

Her salon is cute and intimate, booking is a breeze online, and Amy is funny and professional. I wish I could give more stars!

Popped in today as a walk-in around 5:30pm - it was a few minutes drive from my work. Was immediately greeted by a lady (I didn't get her name), but she took care of me for my pedicure! I rarely get pedicures except for special occasions so I always splurge when I get a pedicure.

I got the deluxe gel with chrome on top! The lady helped me pick a really nice nude color and the chrome went perfectly with it. Think Hayley Bieber glazed donut outcome (not posting no free feet pics here).

The ambience will chill with some music playing in the background. The lady who did my pedicure checked in with me periodically as well when it came to the temperature of the water, hot stone and towels. Overall, I had a great experience and love my nails!

I recently had a very bad experience at Amy's Nails that made me feel like I was being treated badly and unfairly. As someone who cares about their health and well-being, I asked to use my own nail products during my visit. This led to a fight with the salon's owner, Amy, that I can't forget.

Amy's attitude changed a lot when I said I was going to use my own nail tools. I requested to use my own nail polish simply because of hygiene reasons and my preference for clean products NOT because I had ever asked for a discount as she had suggested earlier. She didn't handle my request in a professional way. Instead, she started fighting with me, raised her voice, and made me feel small. It's not right for a business owner to treat their customers in such a rude way.

This rude and condescending behavior was uncalled for and made me feel very uncomfortable. I was shocked by how unprofessional she was and how little she cared about making customers happy.

As if that wasn't bad enough, when I told Amy that her actions made me feel unsafe and uncomfortable, she kept ignoring me and didn't care about my well-being. It is wrong for any business, let alone a nail salon, to treat people differently because of their wants or needs. It is completely unacceptable that Amy put her ego ahead of my happiness as a paying customer.

Also, the services weren't even close to being good nor done. Amy asked for payment, even though the work wasn't done. She did not complete the basic manicure or pedicure.This shows not only how dishonest she is, but also how little she cares about making customers happy. As a customer, I expect to get the services I paid for, and Amy didn't even meet the most basic of my standards.

Everything about my time at Amy's Nails was a nightmare. In any business, bad behavior, discrimination, and poor service are not acceptable, so I strongly advise people NOT to go to this salon. There are a lot of other nail shops in the area that put customer service and respect at the top of their priorities, but Amy's Nails doesn't. Find a spa that cares about your well-being and personal preferences.
