I loved this place! My parents have been here before, but it was my first time! One bite into their pasta, and you will want more of Amore. Amore is more than a restaurant; it’s a high-quality experience in ambiance, service, and food.

Romantic, intimate atmosphere in a complex I never thought a restaurant like this could exist. Don't let the location fool you.
The food was to die for. My husband had the surf and turf with his filet mignon cooked PERFECTLY rare. I had the red snapper piccata which is now one of my favorite dishes.
Though it may be "pricey", the portion sizes are more than enough to satisfy your hunger plus some.
Bravo.

Also, hats off to DJ for the best service we've received in Birmingham! He was attentive, entertaining, and professional. Thank you.

Definitely make a reservation. Super attentive staff from the greeter to the server and everyone else we interacted with. They started us off with bruschetta and bread with Parmesan olive oil. My wife and I both ordered Caesar salad which we both agreed was very flavorful. She ordered short rib ravioli, and I ordered the sautéed gulf red snapper. It was definitely worth it. The portions were filling and the taste was superb. We decided to order the bread pudding for dessert and we were truly glad that we did.
We’ll be back again for sure.

My boyfriend made us a reservation here for our anniversary. Everyone was very friendly while we were there. But we ended up waiting for atleast 20 minutes before we decided to leave. If they had come over and explained to us that they were running behind or were short staffed or anything, then we would have understood. But 20 minutes after our reservation time, we decided to go and eat somewhere else. We were very excited to try this place as we’ve heard it’s great. We were pleasantly surprised when someone called us about 10 minutes later and apologized to us. That was very appreciated. They offered to send us a gift card, and got our address, but we never received the card. While we appreciate that, we will not be going back.
