I loved the service, paid very close attention to detail, got the color just right plus bought some really nice lotions.

Not bad. Although if I am paying almost a full set I would want for them to remove all the unattached acrylic on my nail and not make that cheap move of gluing it back with the old acrylic. It leaves air spaces and a big chance for the nail to get fungus.

They try to sell hard on the gel powder ? even if you do not request it. I clearly said acrylic and even if the difference is better I want to have what I ask for.

Some times this Alaskan nail ? studios think that just because we are new to town we are new to nails. I know what it can be donde and can't be, so telling the client we can't do that or that doesn't exist is just a reason for a person not to go again. (Did not happened directly with this studio but in a slightly way).

Overall service was good. Nails shape look good but it can be better as well. Speed good.

Price-expensive, this fill should be around $27 to $35 dollars. Not $45. For 5 dollars more, you get a full set.

Ambiance super clean, well decorated and spacious.

Location is besides to a CBD store so ? imagine the clientele next ?. Make sure you don't leave anything in your car.

Wife and Mother in law have been going to Allure for some 20 years. This morning they were treated so rude by the opening staff that they will never return again. Customer Service is a dying skill in Fairbanks.

The first experience I had here was great, but getting in again to get my nails filled and another pedicure has been impossible. They do not answer the phone, and when you walk in, they tell you they do not have time for you and to call and make an appointment... but they do NOT answer the phone. I've tried numerous times to get in but have been turned away every time so I'm not coming back again. I'm also telling my family and friends to not use these guys either.

Mike and Mai are wonderful! Since taking over Allure, they've made the place beautiful and clean again. All while offering great customer service and excellent nails. I've brought out of state guests here and both said they didn't know they needed to come all the way to AK to get the best manicure and acrylic set they've ever had.

I came here just a few days ago and a guy did my nails. I got dip on my finger nails and gel for my toes. The gel came off the day after the appointment. The dip job was terrible. I asked if he could fix the shape a little and he laughed at me. If you come here do not let the guy do your nails, you’ll just be disappointed.

I have been to several nail salons in the states and a few here in Fairbanks. This is by far one of the best ones. My friend and I each got the "water manicure" (basic one) and a Deluxe Pedicure. My friend had never been to a nail salon and doesn't really like to be touched but she felt so comfortable there!

They staff was very friendly, many were very talkative too. I really liked that they were NOT pushy. They asked several times to make sure which ones we wanted and when we changed what we wanted right before they started they didn't have any issue with it.

I enjoyed that they did not rush, even though they started to get busy. We had appointments so we didn't wait long, It seamed like the people who came in that didn't have an appointment did wait a little. They came in when it was getting busy, so that is to be expected.

They were very clean and didn't have too much of a fumy smell. I liked that they had little "sanitized" signs on their chairs so I knew I was getting a clean tub. I think the ONLY negative thing I saw about the whole place was they didn't clean the chairs after you sat in them.
