Attached is a picture of my thumb nail from this salon. I have been going to Henry for a couple years now. I had told him that my nail was tender and loose. He soaked off the acrylic and then recovered it stating that it would be fine. When I returned home my nail tech said that he wouldn't cover the nail because it had serious nail fungus. I haven't been able to do anything to the nail since May I would seriously recommend you reconsider using Henry at this salon or any other place he chooses to work.

Tony did a fantastic job with my gel manicure and design. It's my 3rd time going and I haven't had any issues nor has my nails gone brittle from the procedures. Very friendly staff.

I had a pedicure and a fill today. Both gel polish. Staff is friendly and did such a great job! But holy crap the prices are up there. $156 for a fill and fix 2 nails,pedicure was $84? Woah! Will I come back? Maybe it's just pricey in my opinion

My was amazing. This was the best pedicure I have gotten. Visiting from New Orleans. I would love to bring her with me. She took her time and was precise. Fell asleep when she massaged my legs. I also got an Eyebrow tint and wax for the first time was nervous but she did an excellent job. I will be going back with my sister. The salon is spacious and clean.

I’ve gone to almost every nail salon in Surprise and I’ll be going here from now on! Tannie did such a good job on my nails. She was so nice and took her time to make sure I really liked my nails, I’ll always ask for her from now on:)!

When the nail tech was taking my acrylics off she did the nail tip method to basically rip off the acrylic and it was so painful, I kept telling how painful it was because she kept getting under my real nail.

My dip manicure looks like absolute trash.

She ripped some of my real nails off when taking off the acrylic and then used a tip for the ones that got too short.

They’re all uneven in length, some are square, some rounded. Some are bulging with excessive product, some have dips in the middle… it’s just a total mess and what is worse is these manicure was to be for my wedding anniversary.

This was my second time going to this salon, once for a pedicure before and I wasn’t too thrilled with that either. Gave it another chance tonight with my dip manicure and my experience was so bad I don’t even care to call them to complain or have them fixed. I would never send anyone I know to this salon.

First time coming here and it was awful! Extremely rude, Helen is the nail tech who did my pedicure, she didn’t listen to anything I wanted, did her own thing and then when I said something she told me it was my fault for not paying attention. I asked to have a different nail tech finish her shoddy job but she insisted because she said she didn’t want any problems with her boss. My polish is extremely thick, bubbly, my nail is still exposed on the sides and she left the edges very jagged where she filed. I ended up showing her boss anyway and he made an appointment to do it over the following day. If you do come to this place do not see Helen. SUPER argumentative, combative, rude and in a hurry as if your time and hard earned money means nothing when you’re paying them to relax and feel pretty.

Kathy did such an amazing job! She was so nice and very efficient! I’ve been coming to this salon a while now and they do an amazing job every time!
