As much I used to love coming here, my most recent visit was so disappointing. My friend and I came in got a full set done. Upon arrival we were both asked if we had a design or idea of how we wanted our nails. We both provided our ideas. The two nail techs looked flustered and annoyed that my friend and I wanted designs. She wanted a mummy and I wanted spider webs. My tech started on my nails and right away noticed that she was annoyed. I noticed a lot of my nails were looking very lumpy and I let my tech know and she just said okay. She attempted to fix them but was more concern about time. Mind you, my friend and I had an appointment and even arrived 30mins prior just in case. Once she was done and attempted to do the spider web design she became more and more frustrated. I understand that not all places can do nail designs, but please work with your costumers, instead of doing a half job. After that whole thing, I was charged $60 for my nails. The nail tech mentioned about 4 times as we were paying, don’t forget to tip. This is my last time coming here after recommending this place to many people. They have also have had the same experience lately. Please see the attached photos of my under nails and how there is product that was not filed down and how my pinky nail looks crooked. Plus the original design that was wanted.

This was my first mani-pedi after my baby is born. I always get the best experience with these ladies, but when I told them, they were above and beyond they normally go. So much needed it, and my nails were perfect, clean and neat!

I walked in here after work because my favorite nail salon was closed. I’m anxious about trying to get a gel manicure with new nail salons because the quality of work is a hit and miss. I’m so happy with my nails from Mia here, the quality of her work is remarkably good! I would come back here. The gel manicure was $40. 👍🏼

Came here last Friday for a gel mani/Pedi and my total was $85. Brought my cousin this last Thursday, and they charged her $109 for a gel mani/Pedi because she added glitter on top. Never was it communicated that the glitter would be extra. The owner or host, is VERY pushy, kept asking us if we wanted wax services and made comments saying that "this is what women should do", very distasteful.

After my cousin finished her nails, they asked how much she wanted to tip (we thought the service was okay so we said $10 total) the receptionist then tried to tell my cousin her total was $150 (which meant a $40 tip), we didn't swipe our card, and corrected her and said "no we mean $10 total". She seemed hesitant to change the total.

Overall, my experience was good when I went during the day on Friday, but our Thursday night experience was just bad. Don't think we will come back

If you want your nails to look like a 5-year-old did them, come to This Is Nail Place!

I had an absolutely horrible experience here. From the moment the nail tech started, I could tell things were going south fast. I politely mentioned midway through that my nails were coming out uneven, streaky, and just plain awful. Instead of fixing them, she shrugged it off like I was overreacting and continued on with her sloppy work.

By the time she finished, my nails looked like a complete mess—lumpy, uneven, and something I wouldn't be caught dead with in public. But here's the kicker: she still had the audacity to charge me full price! No apology, no attempt to make it right. Just a terrible job and an empty wallet.

If you value your money and want nails that actually look professionally done, stay far away from this place. It's a joke of a salon, and they clearly don't care about customer satisfaction. Don't waste your time or your money here!

Incredible job on my 10-yo daughter's back to school nails. Kind and wonderful service, even at the tail end of the day. I saw them take someone on for a manicure, clearly a new customer, who showed up at the last two minutes, and they treated her wonderfully.

I came in for a gel manicure and I will not be back. This was the most painful manicure, the woman clipped my fingers more than the cuticles. I said “ouch” over and over and she kept hacking. My finger tips are all sliced up because she was using the cuticle cutter on my finger tip for some unknown reason. The polish did not turn out as I had hoped. I like the color, but there are pieces of fuzz stuck in the polish and the edges are not finished.

Hands down the best nail salon ever! I have been one of Lynn's regular clients for many, many years and I absolutely LOVE my nails time after time. The entire staff at Adore is absolutely wonderful! They have amazing customer service and honestly go above and beyond to make you happy. Come to Adore and ask for Lynn, trust me you will never go back to another nail tech again!
