I visited them for the first time on last month , Nov. 4th, it was the day before my 21st birthday. The middle aged guy with red Air Jordan 1s did them .(that’s what I remember about him lol) he was super friendly and funny. I had a nice experience, though, unfortunately my nails started to pop off the week after I got them done which was very disappointing. And the polish on one of my toes came off so after glueing nails back on for several days , I grew tired and just went ahead and removed the remaining ones completely. I spent $120.00 total since I got a deluxe pedicure and manicure (plus nail art) but didn’t get any art even when I wanted to, just didn’t . Although, I enjoyed the service and was done before they closed at 7pm that night(quite fast), I did feel overall it was sorta a waste of money because I definitely didn’t anticipate my nails to fall off one week immediately after getting them done. It was fun while it lasted especially since I hadn’t gotten my nails and feet done since last year’s birthday.

Honestly, if I can write this place is zero I would. He put alcohol in the nail polish and put it on my toes. I let it fully dry for 30 minutes and I made sure to be careful. Why is it melting off? Very rude. You should be honored to take my money because I can give it to someone else.

First time visiting and I had a great time. My dip nails are fabulous. Not at all chunky like others do. I will be back.

I am in town for two days and decided to be adventurous and try a local nail salon to which I wasn't accustomed. I am so glad that I did! I got a french pedicure and brought in my own polish for my fingers. The sweet young woman (sorry, forgot her name!) did an amazing job! Her attention to every single detail was not lost on me. I can't stop admiring her work. She also was a great conversationalist--we talked about all sorts of things. What a great experience. Highly recommend!!!

DO not want to give them even 1 star. Went there twice. First time, right in, great service, but gel mani didn't last a week. Second time, had to wait 3 hours, and there was a tall skinny guy who did my nails. Horrible. He clipped down into my skin and caused bleeding and swelling. Also, did not have me wash up before polish. Now I have bumps of debri in my polish. He also did not put a pre-conditioner on before the gel. He was just rushing through and I will never, EVER go back. My fingers hurt like crazy....

If I’m ever disappointed with my nails, I’m usually over it in a couple of days, but THIS, this here is different. If we’re being honest, they do horrible nails. I am a student on UA campus who gets their nails done regularly and visited the salon because I was not at home where my regular nail salon is. I got SNS with tips and he did it completely wrong, and I know because I faithfully get SNS with tips. I am aware of the process because I always watch my nail technician at home do my nails. Even when I travel and get my nails done, I have watched the technician do my nails and they do them in a similar or the same way. It was such a rush job, it’s ridiculous. FIRST, He applied the tips to my nails and did not even smooth the smile line of the tips out so that they were flush against my nail. Second, he began to apply the actual color and failed to apply a base coat of the natural color dip so that the tips had some type of reinforcement and that’s where he messed up, and that is also the point where I knew he was rushing. He was running around like a rabbid dog trying to fit as many people in to the salon chairs as he could. When it came to shaping my nails, I cant even explain how irritated I was becoming. I asked for SQUARE nails, and he miserably failed to do that. They were completely slanted. My nails were so uneven to the point where I just asked the technician to give me the nail file so that I can shape them how I wanted. I should have never had to shape my own nails. The nails were BUMPY and I know he saw it. When I mentioned it to him he even told me he saw it. Before I mentioned it, he was going to continue to apply a top coat on my nails and send me on my way. It was so bumpy that even when he used the nail drill to even it out, after I asked him to fix it, that it didn’t even make a difference. The color was so transparent that I could see where the artificial tip began on my nail. I proceeded to let him finish my nails, I paid and walked out. Fast forward to 3 days later, 4 of my nails have fractures in them from me doing simple everyday tasks. I am not rough with my nails at all and they already have small cracks in them. Out of those four nails, one of them is split below the artificial tip halfway through the width of my nail because the foundation is completely weak, thus resulting in my ACTUAL nail bed being split in the middle and it is painful. My last set before this that I got done at a salon when I was out of state lasted me from December 20th to January 17th, and these are HARD dates because I regularly get my nails done and keep track of it. Very hesitant to even return because of the poor quality of nails they do. I can already tell that this set isnt even going to last two weeks. If I even scratch too hard, my nails are going to break!! I hate being worked up about this. If I EVER return, I would probably try to arrive as soon as they open so that they take their time with your service or get something simpler like SNS without tips because this set I have now is PATHETIC.

I only go because its close to campus. The first time I went for a pedi and the water was so hot it burned me. I was waiting in the chair for a good 20-30 minutes ( mind you they tell you the pedi only take 30 minutes), but I didn't mind because I wasn't in a time crunch and I enjoyed the chair. they do not get all of the dead skin off your foot. Your foot will feel rougher than it it leaving them. Second time I went for a mani but the lady just painted my nails. On the good side they have a nice selection of colors, water, clean bathrooms, friendly staff (may be a language barrier) but again bad quality mani/pedis for the price.

I'd give them zero stars if it were possible. I went in for a full set of SNS nails and came out looking for a new salon. I had previously had them done at a different salon in another city. When he went to remove the old nails he used a drill to remove them which is not supposed to be used. He soon got tired of using the drill after one nail and then began to cut the tip and my real nail and rip the SNS and tip off with the clippers. This process was uncomfortable and severely damaged my real nails because he pulled layers of my real nail off. I thought I was choosing a glitter color however the color I received looked more like polkadots. He did not use the correct base coat so I was required to sit under a dryer for 10 minutes. I have nail glue all over my skin and lumps in the nails. I have never been more disappointed with a nail salon.
