Una mala experiencia solo recomiendo que se aseguren que esten usando limas nuevas en cada cliente cuando yo llegue en la silla donde me sentaron tenia agua la vaciaron y pusieron un plastico y la volvieron a llenar me hicieron un pedicure pero no pulieron y no Cortaron cuticule y por eso me cobraron $40.00 dolares

I walked in very last minute hoping to get a gel x set redone and pedicure before my trip this weekend. They said if I could stick around for about 15 minutes they'd take me in. I was not disappointed. While I waited I was offered a beverage of my choice, I ended up ordering a cappuccino. My nails came out beautifully, and even though I was there past closing I didn't feel rushed. Will definitely be back again!

Every time I come here the staff disregards my request to not file or trim my nails and I leave with wonky shapes and sizes. I will not be coming back to this nail salon. *Updating*after the salon responded. I asked to not have my mail shaped and the tech shaped them regardless which is why they looked so bad. I don’t mind an honest mistake but it doesn’t feel nice to have my feedback disregarded and have the blame set on me.

I had a wonderful experience. I came in for my appointment and was greeted promptly by David who was so nice. I got a full set, and a deluxe pedicure. There was a large color selection which I loved. And, the salon itself was beautiful. Looking forward to returning next week!

Sadly, in order to let this be shown, I have to read it so I’m reading it one stars I went there, so happy I’m very new to the area just to have my nails come off within five days I got them done Saturday the 28th for a baby shower. I went to on Friday. 2 June. Supposedly gel X is supposed to be the best out of all of the services they were offering for the nails so I called first just to make sure it was OK for me to go back so the man that I talk to said it was OK for me to get a free set so I went happy knowing that I was getting a refund basically on my nails so I went. The lady didn’t know what I was talking about. I asked to speak to the manager. She said the manager wasn’t in then after she said she was the manager. So I proceeded to ask her who is the manager in charge so I could talk to them they said I have no business knowing who the manager is and after that they offered me the free said again, as I proceeded to ask to speak to the manager, she continuously said they were not in then, kept switching the story saying she was the manager she was telling me there was a miscommunication that I wasn’t understanding her and that’s totally wrong. That wasn’t true at all because I know there’s nothing wrong with my hearing after that, she told the man to start recording me because she started arguing with me. personally, in my opinion, I had no problem. I just wanted to speak to the manager to let it be known.that there was a miscommunication over the phone so pretty much in my own opinion I will no longer be going here or recommending anyone in that kind. I guess this is my big welcome to a Whittier an extra big welcome to downtown Whittier.🤣🤣🤣💁🏼‍♀️💁🏼‍♀️

This is easily the worst nail salon I have been to. I went in for a simple gel manicure and my sister went in for a pedicure. The technician did not shape my nails and sanded my nail layer so thinly that my fingers hurt because it feels like I have no nail. The nail layer is so thin that when I put my hands in the gel lamp, it burned. The technician looked annoyed when I asked for any corrections. The end result was paint blotches all over my nails - the technician did not even have the courtesy to clean up the accidental blotches.

Overall, it was not a good experience. My family and I will not be coming back due to the rudeness the staff showed and the quality of work.
