I wish I could give 0 stars. I had an appointment stating on paper I wanted my hair dyed. Through text I explained that and gave pictures of my hair. Sitting in the salon chair I explained it further even though I don’t understand how someone can misunderstand “I want my hair dyed grey”
All they did was bleach my hair, botched it completely and weren’t explaining anything to me. $135 basically just to bleach my hair. Through text they said blowout was included in the price but when I go inperson the blowout somehow isn’t included in the price and it’s still $135 They didn’t finish their job and did not give me what I wanted and still charged me full price I had a breakdown in the salon and that leads them to say they’ll give me another appointment free of charge to put the colour in but like that’s what I came here in the first place for you to do I’m leaving the salon with NOTHING I wanted and STILL BEING CHARGED FULL PRICE and blowout no longer included for whatever reason and it’s the same price Almost 3 weeks go by and I hear nothing. When I reach out they avoid me and don’t respond. Completely ruined my hair and won’t take accountability. The day we went in person to figure out what was going on they weren’t there so we got the number and all the owner did was kept making excuses on the phone and lying about many things. Awful.

Update: At a friend’s who’s fixing my hair and apparently it’s very uneven all over. (my ends were bleached) so that’s a plus!

I have extremely thick and wavy hair, and this was by far one of the best hair cuts I've ever received. I work on camera all day and was complimented on my hair immediately after getting it done. The staff is above and beyond accomodating, pricing is very fair, and the salon is clean. I will absolutely recommend this place for salon needs.

This was my first time visiting the salon, and Anthony cut my hair. He listened to me as I described what I wanted to do with my hair and far exceeded my expectations as I had some uneven layers that needed to be corrected. I was nervous that it wouldn’t turn out well, but he did a beautiful job and I will be a return client. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a highly skilled and pleasant stylist.

When moving to this town I was terrified of leaving my old hairdresser, so I did a ton of research and found Tanya at this salon. She did an amazing job. I came into the salon having scheduled an appointment to touch up just my blonde pieces and a cut, but after seeing my uneven color and grown out roots she offered me options that would be low maintenance and didn’t charge me extra! It ended up turning out amazing! She did a great job with cutting my layers, and gave me a trim that didn’t seem to take much length off at all but really made a difference. My hair left feeling so healthy! She explained every step of the process so I knew what she was doing from start to finish, and was so incredibly kind. I will only be going back to her for as long as I live here!

We just moved to the area and are happily surprised by this place. Great customer service and it's a cute, clean salon. Madyson did a great job cutting my hair and my mom's hair, and is super nice and sweet. We will be regulars for sure. Thank you A fox Salon!:)

After countless years of NOT going to a Salon, I decided to treat myself despite really disliking the process of having to set up an appointment and being social (due to social awkwardness on my part).
To set up the appointment I left a voice message with my details... easy! Loved that, I could talk to machines all day. Sandy reached out to me about my request via text. Oh lord have mercy was that lovely.

The actual appointment went amazing. I got there early, Sandy was already waiting for me and we got right to it.
You know how I said I was socially awkward? Well yeah, I still was but Sandy was incredibly sweet, kind and patient. She immediately made me feel at ease. You know how you sometimes get your hair done and then hate it for the first week? Or can't wait to go home to "fix" the styling yourself? Well, that wasn't the case here. I love my hair cut and I loved my styling. I was so sad when I had to wash my hair.
Sandy also had the great kindness of double checking with me by what I meant with what I wanted for my hair cut, and good thing she did because what I wanted was entirely different than what I had said.
So, if you want kind, professional, and capable service, I recommend 'A Fox' and Sandy!
