This is my first time getting lashes in 8-9 years. I wanted to make an appointment here with glamour lash because of the good reviews but unfortunately they didn't have any appointments available so they sent me to their other location in Riverside - Dazzle me.

So this review is for them. Took me a week to write this review. But it was definitely the worst experience I've ever had. I was laying down for three hours (first time getting lashes took about less than two hours)
One eye looks almond shaped and the other looks round shaped with the lashes application. The inner corner of my left eye is clump up with a lot of lashes that you can see the ends of fans bunched up on another. The inner corner of my right eye has less lashes and do not match or bend in with the rest of lashes (they seem short). Also on the right eye the lashes on the outer corner keep sticking up giving the illusion that the lashes was glued onto my lid (it isn't, but it's annoying) and it seems to be a different texture that one or two fan is extremely curly compare to the others.
I wanted to get lashes because the girls at my work have amazing beautiful looking ones. But my lashes are not it. What made my experience worst was when the lash technician was speaking to another technician that the glue she was using on me wasn't working, and isn't the best (some sports glue). The only reason she was using it was because Kristen from the other location recommended it. Made me more uncomfortable after one said Kristen doesn’t do lashes and shouldn’t be making recommendations. So it was nice to know I was spending over 120 (including tip) on lashes with glue that wasn’t working. And the technician being open about it. And sure enough my lashes are already falling off mainly on the right eye. My eyelashes don’t match with each other, one is thin and the other eye looks thick. And I’m doing my best to follow the after care instructions like no oils around the eyes, no steam, light washes and I do brush them. To be honest I'm embarrassed with these lashes… I’ve been crying a lot on how terrible them look. Really lower my self esteem. I’m going else where to get them fixed.

Update: I finally got my lashes removed after a week of having them on. I’m getting them fixed by another lash studio. Don’t get your lashes done by students!!

She did a lovely job on my lashes found out about her via Groupon . I upgraded for $35 to volume lashes from my 65$ Groupon, and glad I did they went from natural to dramatic! It’s was a little confusing trying to get an appointment, and I waited past my 230 appointment time an additional 30 minutes but it was worth the wait that’s why I gave 4 instead of 5 stars. The salon is nice and clean decorated nicely just wish they had neck pillows. Otherwise my lash technician did an awesome job!

I needed to get my lashes removed last minute and they were able to take me on right away! I called the morning of my appointment and they were able to let me in that afternoon. There were very clean and professional. They were also extremely reasonable with my situation and very kind throughout the whole process. I never consider getting my lashes done at a salon but because of my experience here, I will be coming back in the future again!

Professional setting. Front staff is friendly and polite. I have never had micro blading done and the person who was my tech explained every thing she was doing and made sure I was comfortable at all times. I am scheduled to have my 6 week touch up and unfortunately the person who did my session is no longer there BUT I was given a courtesy call to let me know and reschedule my appointment. I am looking forward to see how this staff is being that it is going to be at there downtown Riverside academy. Although I did not receive other services other then the micro blading I did hear others having lash extensions and those professionals were also polite and explained the process step by step as well. I would suggest this place if you are interested in any of there services.

This establishment was comfortable, clean and the staff members were extremely hospitable. I liked it so much I brought my daughter with me on my next visit. She also chose the eyelash extensions that day. She was very pleased as well. There was a time that I couldn’t make my appointment time but they were able to squeeze me in a little later in the afternoon. Things like that matter. Life happens but to know that they will try their best to get you rescheduled as soon as possible is a huge deal. I highly recommend Glamourlash to anyone who is interested, especially if you are a first timer and you want the best experience possible.

Have been going here for the past 2 years and what a beautiful environment. 😍 beautiful atmosphere, wonderful welcoming staff. Very peaceful when getting lashes. I always enjoy my lash nap. Pricing is very reasonable and their products are great. I use thier lash serum and lash shampoo. Great customer service and love my lashes.

My microblader, Brittany, was SO great! She listened to my eyebrow concerns (uneven and thin on the outside) and made certain I was happy with my shape before she started cutting. I did have her make an adjustment to the shape and I am SO thrilled with the outcome after 6 weeks. I go back in a couple of days for my touch-up. I am glad I finally had my brows done and GlamourLash didn't dissappoint!
