Finally, after many appointments at other hair salons, I found my home at Divine. It's a comfortable and calming salon. Jordyn is so knowledgeable, gave me a great cut and color and has a plan to help me transition to grey. Very happy.

I’ve never had color in my hair so I had no idea what to exactly tell her other than show her pictures. Rachel took those and developed questions that filled in the blanks I didn’t know to provide answers to, and allowed me to have input in the appointment while adding her expertise of color, cut, and styling! I left knowing more about my hair than I’ve ever learned before, which is awesome in that now I can be more autonomous in my hair care. If this adds any bonus I also am from out of town and with this being my first time having any coloring done to my hair, Rachel was the girl I trusted! She is FANTASTIC!

Was supposed to have my hair done for my maternity pictures. I was called an hour before my appointment by my stylist saying her grandmother was in the hospital. Understandable. However, there was no back up, I did not end up receiving any services. I was told that other stylists were contacted, but there was no guarantee I would be seen. So disappointed and definitely didn’t have time to find something else. My photo shoot was to capture a long journey to happiness after loss. I was never contacted after that. I never let the stylist know how upset I was after I hung up the phone. The shoot ended up being cut short because I didn’t feel I looked my best. Just beware that if something comes up on their end, there is no back up and not enough notice given for anything else to be done.

Upset that the girl Ashley I followed over from another salon decided to drop me suddenly. I was originally scheduled on a Tuesday but after being told I couldnt bring in my laptop (had to stay logged on for work purposes) I rescheduled for 2 Saturdays away, the 20th. When I arrived I messaged my hair stylist to let her know I was there so I could get the okay to come in and she informed me that she didnt have me scheduled for that Saturday but the following, 27th, she realized she made a mistake, apologized and offered a discount for when I come in on the 27th. Then 4 days later I recieved a text saying that she thought it would be best if she no longer did my hair and that I found someone else because she didnt think I liked the way she did my hair. If I didnt like it then why would I keep going back? After not being able to be get my hair done cause of COVID I was very upset and very hurt. She said it was the best decision for her professionally. How is it professional to screw over a client? I asked if she was going to still do my hair for the scheduled Saturday and she said she would have to cancel. Now I have to scramble to get my hair done before a trip I have planned during a time when everyone else is trying to the same. Very unprofessional thing to do.
