I had been here before and had a great experience. I called to make an appointment, verified the timing would work for their staffing and arrived on time. I was put into a massage chair where I waited for 40 minutes until I left. I was really bummed because I had previously had a great experience and loved how they took a lot of time and care on the pedicure but a 40 min wait with an appointment was WILD. I’ll try again, and might update based on that experience.

I got a manicure and pedicure at Ocean Paradise and really enjoyed my experience. They were thorough and detail-oriented, and I could not be happier with the final product. The space was clean and well-organized, and the nail techs were friendly and accommodating when helping me find the best nail polish color.

I came to town for a wedding & got the best mani/pedi I have had in a long time! They were very thorough throughout the experience & even took extra time to file, smooth & reshape an unhealthy toenail I have been growing out.

The massages were very relaxing & I liked the unhurried vibe in the salon.

I recently had an upsetting experience at this salon. I requested a gel manicure, but instead, I was given acrylic nails with gel polish on top—a service I didn’t ask for but didn’t realize until I had already left (I rarely get manicures). To make matters worse, I was charged an extra $50.00! I signed a receipt for $51.50, but later discovered that the salon had added $50.00 to the total after I left, bringing the charge on my credit card statement to $101.50.

When I called the salon to ask about this, I was told that the staff thought I was covering the bill for another woman who “came in with me.” In reality, I had no connection to this woman. She was already at the salon when I arrived, and our only interaction was her complimenting my nails as she left.

I never authorized any charges beyond my own service, and it is both unprofessional and unethical to add money to a customer’s card after they’ve signed. This experience was frustrating and disappointing, and I want others to be aware of the practices here.

Be aware that they ask for tips and I watched the owner get up from my service to stop some girls from leaving because she believed they didn't tipped. They had left their tip on the manicure table.
The owner (?) Did my pedicure and she was way too focused on everything else going on in the salon. She would do the leg massage with one hand while she was texting, communicate with everyone else and focused very little.
The manicurist, Vien, was incredible, however. She was meticulous, focused, and very sweet

There is new management and it is so much nicer!
Had a lovely drop in Mani/Pedi and will go back. Great location and open 7 days a week.

Lena is my manicurist and she is Amazing! I go every two weeks, she is very professional and the salon is clean. I highly recommend!

Nice staff and good customer service but worst manicure Ive had. I really like supporting small businesses, however this was not a good experience.
It took the manicurist an hour to do a usually 20-30 minute basic no-gel manicure. The paint was streaky and chunky on my nails and even after I asked to pick another color they insisted they could "fix it". They did not. I was hoping for a significant cuticle cut however they barely touched the skin and afterwards my cuticles still had paint on them from the color which was not cleaned. After 30 minutes and trying to explain what I wanted I simply gave up, paid my fare, and took off the unsightly paint job and fixed up my cuticles when I got home.
