Nam did such a great job with my Wednesday Addams Halloween nails!! Was so detailed oriented and got the spider, moon, and ghosts on point. This is my regular nail spa and they never disappoint in customer service. They quote you right away and I leave really satisfied. I highly recommend Nam for his efficiency and detail in nails. Again this nail spa is awesome!

Today I asked for simple bow inps nails and they turned out even better than I imagined. The people here are so talented and professional paying close attention to every detail. I always feel so taken care of here, and the results speak for themselves. I highly recommend this place for both manicures and pedicures if you’re looking for great service and a relaxing experience

Been to this place 3 times. Always have gotten good service and good nails which is why I came here today. However, my manicure was done in 25mins, skin clipped carelessly to the point I almost got a wound and the coating / drying was not well done with edges remaining white, polish still transparent and not equally coated. To top it off I asked for matted polish, she forgot and did shiny. I will have to redo this in 1-2 days in a different salon so money and time waisted. I think they need to stick to their standards or all the clients will run off elsewhere.

I don’t like to write this, but this was the worst service I have had; my Mani looks unfinished, I asked for square nails, and I got a weird almond different shape in each nail
The girl who made my pedicure was super lovely but unfortunately cut my nails in a round way (don't know why), and now I have an ingrown toenail, which is very hurtful

I’m so upset! This is my 2nd time at this salon because I really like how they do my daughter’s nails, but when are greedy for profit and not sensible with their time, is so frustrating and upsetting!!! I had a 1pm appt for just a fill. I came in at 12:30 and asked if they had TIME for a pedicure prior to my 1pm nail appt and she said yes. She knew from my “scheduling call” that I needed to be out of here by 2:15!!!! No later and we went over that again at 1:10pm so there would be no confusion. Then one of the Techs come to me at 1:25 and says CANNOT DO the nail design I wanted because there is not enough time!!!’ I was sooo upset because they never said that or showed any concern for a time issue. I never take the time to make complaints but as I’m sitting here waiting for my pedicure to be completed, I thought I’d better just warn folks about “time”! Make sure there is NO misunderstanding about what you want done in the time of your so called appt!!!

Best service I've had in this area. The guy, not sure what his name is (tattoos on his forearm), that did my nails and pedi was very precise and paid attention to detail. I didn't feel rushed. Overall it was a great experience.
Someone came in wanting something done and instead of rushing through everyone else's appointment or rushing her service, they scheduled her for a later time. Which I thought was really nice.
Only downside is that there is no matching dip/gel so instead they do clear dip and gel on top. I haven't found a place around here that does have matching dip/gel.
