The sharp tool dug under my nail and left it bleeding. Also paint was a bit bumpy on another nail and one was crooked. One of the women gave me their business card but I still had to pay full price and was guilted into saying "it's ok". The overall service was ok so I probably won't return when I've had much better nail experiences where my nails come out better than what I could've done at home

Very accommodating and nice staff. Hannah, the owner, is super attentive and is always willing to help fix a problem. Somehow my gel mani came out mismatching the color on my toes (though I picked the same color pack), but she explained that sometimes the UV light alters the color. I came back the next day and they changed my mani to the closest match with my toes at no additional cost. I’ve done dip powder manis and eyelashes with them before, and loved the results. Cute and clean salon, definitely recommend!

Request I made was not honored. I asked for the technician not to cut a part of my toe nail due to experiencing pain. The technician did it anyway and continued to cut my nail even after I repeated myself. I felt disrespected and disappointed. I told Eros staff afterwards they didn’t honor my request and the technician said “Oh…sorry” and just shrugged her shoulders.

I’ve been here a few times and they do a great job for the price, but now I have to find another nail salon. Hopefully, they don’t do this to another customer.

Very professional nails, and beauty salon. The staff is wonderful. Have had my nails done several times here, and I always love how they turn out. They have modern and up to date colors. I love all their services. They also do EYELASH EXTENSIONS. I've have them done twice and they tienes out fantastic. They are very caring and professional ladies that work here. I highly, recommend them.

I called Eros Beauty Salon and inquired about their services. I explained that my hands don't work well and I am in a wheelchair, so I need to get my nails done professionally. The response I received is, "Sorry, we don't do seniors." I responded incredulously, "Really?!" She said, "No seniors" and ended the call. This is the first time I have ever had anyone refuse to provide me services due to my age (61) and disability.

Eros is extremely clean and follows all COVID19 protocols. I have been going there for years for relaxing and professional mani/pedis. My manicures and pedicures are always beautiful and last a very long time. The staff is great (very low turnover), and the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend Eros.

This was a last minute decision to pamper myself. They dipped my own nails and they’ve never looked so good!!! Also had a wonderful massaging pedicure. I’m hooked and loved every minute of my pampering!
