I love this nail salon. My family has been coming here for 10+ years and the customer service is un matched. The quality of work is wonderful, prices are reasonable and the staff is so friendly and accommodating. I bring my kids here too and they are so great with them. Highly recommend

My nails fell of pretty quickly, they only lasted about a week and a half. I went back once to get them fixed which they did for free. But it wasn't long until they all just came off and the two I got fixed were alone.
Don't really know what the reason was but my feet looked amazing!
Really nice people there!!!

UPDATE:
Within a few days to now a week, I've experienced four chipped nails. Like the powder is just crumbling it seems, with very light wear and tear. Seriously, and I use a dishwasher .. so this is just like very annoying.

I also went to the shop yesterday (Saturday, July 30th, 2022) to get them fixed and was told the tech that worked on me was running late and there was no one else that could take me. I was given the option to wait on her, even though she had an appointment during that time, and I could ask her if she could squeeze me in.

Y'all this isn't an experience I want to revisit bc who wants to return every few days to get the dipping powder added back to your nails ?.

So the once 5 star review, is now a 2 star with zero intentions of returning due to the lack of rectifying the situation.

First time here -- Absolutely loved my dip mani and gel pedi. Reasonably priced and their attention to detail can't be ignored! ?

Linn noticed how soft and brittle my natural nails were so she took extra precautions while working on them (so appreciated, seriously. That's raising the bar to me, bc these other super fancy shops have been just after your dollar and rely on their atmosphere only and do not actually cater to and nurture your nails; at least that's been my experience thus far over this past year and a half in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.)

Also, Kim was just as dialed in for my pedi. She was extremely gentle, yet when it came to the massage, she turned up her aggressiveness to the perfect notch. As she applied the gel, she made sure to clean the edges and corners as she went with the little brush.

Professional, friendly, and clean.

I'll be back .. and I plan to do a second round review as well. Stay tuned ?

This review is based on my pedicure, I asked for callus add on and she only swiped my foot like twice and called it a day. If someone is adding a treatment and you’re charging the client more then you as the nail tech need to do the full service. Just just act like you do the service without actually doing it.

Came in for a manicure, I got a buff and nail polish. As soon as someone walked in through that door, they rushed my service. No nail soak, cuticle, no massage. He didn't even tell me he was done. He just walked away to his "regular." The nail tech had a very unwelcoming attitude.

I’ve been going here with my mom since i was four years old, and they are super nice and really good with nails. They’re very talented and gentle, and my nails always come out perfect and how i like them.

First time here, LOVE this place! THANK YOU guys for the great quality, how fast in and out, but most of all, keeping your prices affordable!!! All these other nail salons have terrible quality and charge WAY too much! It's ridiculous. So again, THANK YOU? can't wait to come back!
