I went to get a simple gel polish removal and left with bleeding fingers, dents and scrapes in my nails, and pieces of gel polish still remaining.

- Gina filed into my SKIN with the drill the whole time and wasn’t more careful even when I winced in pain Four of my fingers have red welts on my cuticle area, and two are bleeding. Incredibly unsightly.
- Half my nails still have gel on them. On all of them, you can see the scrapes from filing, she was rough and barely spent any time buffing my nails out.
- One nail has a huge divot from her inconsistent filing, it was burning while she was using the drill.

It’s a shame because the first time I got my nails done here, it was a different lady who did a great job but it seems like she no longer works there. This was my second chance with the owner but I’ll never be coming back. It was so bad it almost felt vengeful lol.

Great experience visiting this hidden gem in Rancho Palos Verdes. I highly recommend stopping in here for a mani pedi with Gina. She’s super attentive and does a great job. I was a walk-in and she was taking care of someone else and was clear about the wait expectations. I waited 5 minutes before Katy was starting the foot bath. I’m very happy with my mani and pedi. They even gave me a longer hand massage since I was the last one here. Will definitely be coming back again!
$85 for gel mani pedi and that includes the scrub and massage. So worth it!!!!

This place can not do anything right. So so so bad. Said they could do designs and also basic French tip and could absolutely NOT. If you can’t do it just say you can’t do it. So we ended up just getting no designs and it was so bad that we had to go elsewhere to get it removed. They were rude on the phone and the place was dirty. It was horrible. I literally was so disappointed it was terrible. I’m so upset. I can not believe this place is in Palos verdes. They belong elsewhere, not in Palos verdes, this quality is disgraceful.

Excellent service in a very relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. I've been here several times and every nail tech is highly experienced and attentive to your needs. I have never left the nail salon disappointed! The spa chairs are very relaxing and I've even fallen asleep a few times! I highly recommend Sensation Nail Spa 🙂

Sensation Nail Spa has been my go to salon for years. The service is fast, respectful and gorgeous!! I love how precise my nails turned out. We did gelX and the both my nail itself and the shine was long lasting and durable.

I walked in for a gel manicure and they now have a customer for life! My hands were a hot mess after not having my nails taken Care of in over 6months, and the girls here took such great care of me! This place is cozy, clean, and has such a nice ambiance!

Great nails! I work in an animal hospital so I wash my hands all the time and the nails stay perfect the whole month! Also, everyone is very nice. I highly recommend!

The service was very carefully and well done. The staff are very friendly and communicative. Only small complaint was how quiet it was inside. The TV wasn’t on and there was no music playing so it was just silent. Which isn’t the worst, just noticeable after awhile.
