To begin with, the location on the website is wrong and I showed up to the wrong location. After texting her and arriving to the right location, she was one hour late. The esthetician requested that I paid 50% before service, and I chose to pay her in full, since I have never had a problem with a facial service/refund. I walked in to the room and saw dirty bowls/brushes in the sink and facial equipment just lying out. I made me felt very uncomfortable because I was planning to get a dermaplaning service and it felt very unsterile. Because she was an hour late and I felt unsafe, I decide to reschedule and have a refund. She has still not given me my money/refund back via Venmo even though I was not provided with the service.

My facial appointment with Veronica exceeded my expectations. I was nervous at first to have my skin touched since it's usually very sensitive, but Veronica was very knowledgeable in her service and the products she uses. She took the time to answer all my questions and explain each step of the process.

Her room is super clean, smells wonderful, and has a very welcoming and calming ambiance. Along with her gentle touch, I could easily fall asleep while getting my facial done by her.

I had a hydra facial treatment, and the whole time during my treatment, Veronica explained each step and what she was applying to my face. She is very knowledgeable about the products she is using, and gave honest advice without being pushy into making me buy or change my current face products. Veronica came highly recommended by my cousin and I’m so glad I went to her. I came to Veronica less than two months before my wedding, and she was quick to evaluate my skin and get me on a plan to help in the short time that we had. She’s very understanding and knowledgeable. I have had a couple of Hydro facials and one peel from her and will definitely continue to see Veronica on a monthly basis. If you’ve never had one you need a Hydro facial! I also started using some of the product Veronica recommended and have loved the results, get the Vivant products she recommends!

First off, Veronica's website is great. She posts her spa menu with pricing and it's very easy to schedule an appointment. No need to play phone tag! There are both email and text options for confirmation and schedule reminders. As a person with a weird schedule this is invaluable.

Second, Veronica herself is very personable and her studio is cute. She easily reads the room and can tell if I want to chat or if I just want to zone out and enjoy. Her studio is easy to get to and there is plentiful free parking.

Third, she provides an overall great Basic Hydrafacial. I noticed a definite "glow up" in my skin and my acne flairs have calmed. Specifically, I have some annoying blackheads on my nose that haven't gone away with products or brute force, but two sessions with her have shown REMARKABLE improvement. I plan on seeing her regularly and have recommended her to my co-workers and friends.
