Called to make an appointment after purchasing a Groupon for haircut, full color, and style, and they were able to fit me in the same day. Jolie did an AMAZING job. She was able to perfectly match the color I came in with, as well as trim my hair, and style it exactly the way I like it. This is a super quaint, fun salon that offers a variety of services from color, highlights, massages, brows, and eyelashes. It's definitely a one stop shop, and their prices are very affordable. I would definitely recommend stopping by.

I love the Last Tangle! I drive a decent distance just to used their services. Kylie is my go to for both my and my daughter....I have terribly stubborn grey hair and she always gives me a fabulous color and cut, my teenager daughter has done colors with her as well and is always thrilled (and teenagers are never happy so that says something! ?)

Kirsten the nail guru there does the perfect mani/pedi and her setup is so cute and comfortable. You can tell she takes pride in her profession and the style. Relaxing gorgeous pedi worth every mile to get there!

I visited The Last Tangle for a cut and highlights yesterday. Brenda did a horrible botch job on the color. The front was blonde and the back was orange. Although she was trying to convince me it looked good, I had her attempt to recolor it. Now it looks even worse! The cut oh my! The layers arent even, they are very choppy, and absolutely awful. The color gave me 5 inch roots and she said it would look "more natural" than highlights to the base of the roots. After 5 hours in her chair i left and am now trying to find a stylist who can fix this mess! I cried it was so horrible. I have been to this salon before to see Cynthia, who did an AMAZING JOB, but not all stylists at the same salon are equal... Brenda talked about all her experience, but based on the look of my hair, she has NO idea what shes doing. Watch out! There are 2 Brenda's at this location... ask for Cynthia if shes still there. BEWARE DO NOT GET THE BALYAGE HAIR SERVICE /HAIRCUT HERE from KYLIE. As a 1st time client Horrible experience. Recieved horrible hair service from Kylie , the supposed 'balyage expert'. No expert here, showed her the pic of my desired look. All she did was lighten my root and did not break up my grown out roots, leaving the total line of demarcation exposed and not throughly blended with a true highlight technique . Worst of all , I was still brassy. Clearly no expert here. Also she sped right thru my haircut, resulting in choppy layers, a $40 haircut should not be less than 10minutes but if that's what your seeking by all means shes your gal for the job. Aside from that, she was very dry and asked me the same questions twice, clearly she didn't care but she tried, her efforts were quite sad. Terrible Terrible. Will not be coming back EVER. Also Kylie and her collegue were badmouthing the owner, citing their grief with the owner's disapproval of hanging their hair irons on the wall as they just moved 2 doors over into a new suite. Very unprofessional to be speaking bad of the person who gave you a career opportunity
and spoke so highly as to say she - Kylie- was their 'balyage expert' .
