The shop is cute and stays busy but I saw a few walk-ins that were handled in a timely manner. Nails weren't exactly like the pic brought in but they were close enough to my daughter's satisfaction. They still came out cute.

I expected better based on the rating. I will say that they got to me fairly quick as a walk in but it took time to explain what I wanted and I still had to settle for something I didn't exactly want. The design I wanted, I showed them before even being assigned a tech, so I assumed I'd be given to someone who could do it. I was not. She tried, but it's like no real pride was taken in the execution and even cut me with the file. My hands are not wonky, they're very easy to create an even design on. Unfortunately, my nails came out looking like gumby. They're uneven, the polish is sub par, and there is dust in the polish. It's not smooth, and there's a bubble in the polish on my thumb. Worst of all, it hasn't even been a week and they're already lifting and snagging my clothes and hair. I would go back and ask them to fix it, but I feel like it'd be a waste. I'm already mad I tipped, but I am the type to show appreciation for the effort people put in. I just wish I would've spoken up more despite fear of being talked about in a language I don't understand. Not saying that occurred, but I wouldn't know.

My first time going in, with an appointment, the nail lady was a bit rude. But that's nothing new in the nail salon business lol. I love the way my nails turned out, it was my first time getting dip. The final finish wasn't all great. See pics. She didn't clean up the skin and left a lot of gel behind which I will need to peel off now. She also left small fibers on my nails. And, at the end I didn't even get a simple lotion massage! She left my hands feeling so dry! When it was time to pay, she said 40$, when I gave her exactly two 20$s, she said I owe you back 2$......so cheap....she had already counted her 2$ tip!!!!! Besides her crappy service that I received, I still would have tipped her decent! So cheap on her behalf! Not sure if I'd recommend them. That's why I am giving them 3 stars.

Had asked the pedicurist not to scrape my big toe because it was sensitive. She did it anyway. I had to move my foot and ask her not to again. Now I’m paranoid it may get infected. Spent over $80 on the premium pedicure, and now it hurts to walk on…

Edit to respond to owner: I was in last Tuesday on 4/16. It’s scabbed over now, but it was quite painful. I’m sorry but I will not be returning. Please listen to your customers when they ask for a modification to service.

They didn't do a bad job on my nails, but the service wasn't exactly great. The stylist doing my manicures asked me to pay before completing the work. I paid anyway because I needed my nails done for my wedding, but I've never had anyone ask me to pay for work before they completed it.

Had high hopes. Took my daughter to get a typical pedicure and splurge for the Ultimate for myself. They took time to care for us. Due to them being really busy, my daughter was finished 20 minutes before I was. They couldn’t work out the stock color I asked for. She applied three different types and nothing would stick to my nails. She said she had to do a base and then coat with my chosen color. The base was horrendous but was told the top color would make it make it the color I wanted. After two more coats my toes were still fire hydrant red color when I wanted sparkly burgundy. I asked if it would darken because the color was not at all what I chose and was very ugly. They said yes and applied a 3rd coat. Still not ok. I don’t want to ruin my day so I went with it. When it was time to pay, my daughters should have been $50 and mine $70. They proceeded to tell me, no I said Ultimate for both of us? I most definitely DID NOT, and had confirmed twice while we were starting that the packages would be different. Ended up being $140 before tip. I get like this was kind of intentional to not listen, have confusion, mess up my color and then over charge. I’m not happy.
