visited this awesome spot while visiting my parents this weekend. It was a very sweet group of hardworking folks. I called at noon on Saturday and they fit me in at 2 PM!

I brought a photo of what I wanted (red gel nails with hearts) and got exactly what I asked for! Loved hearing all the local regular ladies chatting about the neighborhood. I’ll be back next time I visit!

I have had a couple frustrating experiences at this nail salon near my place. Despite its convenient location, I’ve faced challenges when trying to walk in without an appointment. It seems that the owner allows multiple walk-ins without appointments, which raises concerns about fair treatment.

During my visits, the pedicure service was satisfactory, but the time taken for a regular manicure was unexpectedly long. On non-busy days, it took you two hours to receive a regular manicure and pedicure. The slow service added to your disappointment. Furthermore, at the end of your manicure, the manicurist asked if I wanted lotion after my last coat? Normally it come supposed to be included anyway. She asked if she can skip it . I felt uncomfortable and said ok. This lack of attention to customer service left you feeling dissatisfied.

To make matters worse, when you inquired about adding an eyebrow waxing service, you were informed that you would need to make a separate appointment. This inconsistency in accommodating walk-ins while denying additional services without appointments further highlights the subpar service you encountered.

Considering all these factors, it seems unlikely that I would return to this nail salon, regardless of its proximity to my residence. The overall service quality and the experiences you will witness from other customers were not up to your expectations.

As a new mom I treasure getting these moments I get to treat myself, but to be treated this way I don’t wish on anyone, mother or not.

Anna is nice, and really cares about her customers. Lin did my manicure which is beautiful. She took her time to work on my nails and didn’t rush. She was careful and very friendly to have nice conversation with. Mae did my pedicure and took great care of me since I had sprained ankle. She was lovely to chat with as well. Thank you ladies for helping me.

This was my first time ever at a nail salon. Kathy was very polite and friendly. She took great care of me. I was a walk in and didn't have to wait long for service. Prices are very reasonable and I will be returning in the future!

I feel very sad. I went as a walk in for a manicure, while sitting and ready, another lady came in and the manicurist changed me sits and gave the priority to the new lady, she was rude to me and very pleasant and nice to the other lady. Unbelievable
