Sigue siendo todo muy buen servicio y atención esmerada.
Hoy 16 de noviembre en verdad k mal servicio fui con una amiga ya teníamos cita y nos dieron lugar para atendernos me empezaron atender a mi pero a mi amiga la hicieron esperar 40 minutos y cuando le deberían atender la sra atendió a otra clienta k acababa de llegar le digo k era su turno y ella la ignoro y no la atendió no se sí estaba de mal genio pero tenía una cara de enogo parece ser la encargada del lugar mi amiga mejor se salio y se fue a otro lugar donde le dieron atención muy buena.

I had called previous to going. I was just taking my kids to get their nails painted. Something that probably could’ve been done in less than 20 minutes. And as soon as I walked in, it was two persons working they were rude. They were currently working on one customer, and said it was only by appointments and then said that they were busy that there was only two people working that we had to wait they kept going on and on of excuses. They had us waiting after one customer showed up and they were gonna do her nails first and then do my kids to paint their. It seemed like they were in denial about kids. I even asked directly. It seems like you don’t wanna paint their nails and they stayed quiet were hesitate about it. They should put a sign outside no kids allowed and my kids are seven and eight year-old.

Beautiful work! Very happy with my nails! They take their time (don't rush like other places) and super gentle during the process. I love the place, very stylish and chic, love the aesthetic. Overall I love that they offer a variety in nail colors and designs and their prices are reasonable.

The nail tech left mid manicure and expected me to wait an hour for another available tech. I paid for the removal of nails and left. Will not be back. Do not recommend

I called them after 8pm and they said, they're open. I was searching for nail salon near me and Nailacious was the only place open. There was a vietnamese lady who worked really well, taking her time make my nails perfect. I heard she's there ones a week, but she's professional. I was lucky to get there when she was working. I'm recommend her! Nice, clean place.

I totally recommend it. Staff is very nice, place is clean and very cute. They were able to accommodate me on a Saturday at 1pm (not an easy task). Ask for ANA!!! She was super nice, and she did an amazing work. I went to get my acrylic nails removed and got a manicure with gel nail polish. Price is very reasonable. Will definitely come back!!!

I went to get my nails done here, just saw their location from the street and decided to give it a try. Hands down one of the worst manicures I have ever had. Four out of my ten nails the lady made bleed and proceeded to wipe them down with alcohol and was very rough on my cuticles. I honestly wish I had just got up and left I was miserable. Slow service and painful. Nails arent even what I wanted. I would not recommend going to this place for any nail needs.
She cut off all my nails so short and used a very heavy duty file and electric file on my nails and cuticles. I told her I only wanted a small trim and squared nails. I basically have no nail whites anymore and I'm so upset! My nails do not grow super easily and I just wasted time and money here!

Went to get a pedicure today. Only one tech working and one other customer in the shop. The tech calls someone else to come and do my pedicure. She comes quickly and instead of doing my pedicure she allows the other customer to dictate what to do which was her eyebrows while the other lady did her toes. My complaint; why is 2 techs working on 1 person and why should I have to wait? I left. I always, always tip them very well when I go, never less than $5.00 no matter how many techs work on me.They will never get another dime from me.
