Great staff here! Friendly and proactive team who go out of their way to connect with you and ensure you’re well taken off! Dropped in for some whole coffee beans. They were great! The team proactively let me know they also had pour over options. Def a nice vibe in the store; and it seems many use it as their office/work site. Coffee beans were freshly roasted and tasty. It was about $42 for the package. Small parking lot shared with the rest of the commercial tenants; but no issue getting a spot immediately!

One of the employee was extremely rude, I asked him to put just a couple pieces of ice however his response was "it's not going to change the drink" while he continued to give me "less ice" as per him (50-75% of the glass was just ice). Later he rudely told me not to use the bathroom since he was done cleaning at closing ; to which I apologized however I did not like the way he said it so I tried to talk to him about it as well as what he said when he was making the drink , pointing out to him that it was not good customer service, but he did not care and said to complain to the corporate and was completely gaslighting me. Needless to say he has lost a couple of customers and I told him that and he literally did not care.

Have been coming here since they first opened, and I have to say the quality has slowly gone down. Too often now the lattes just dont taste good. There is no flavor in the espresso, and milk froth is poor quality, and every time I order nowadays its a guess as to whether Ill get a good drink or one that I will want to pour out. Hope they get their quality back up.

This was my first time going to Reborn. I got an English breakfast tea with honey and oat milk. They called it a London Fog. It was excellent. I also got a pain au chocolate but unheated because I was traveling that day. I let it get warm over a few hours before eating. Look at the layers of crust on that!

The staff were very kind as well as the other customers I met. I'll definitely be back!

It is always a pleasure to go to Reborn. This happened to be our 22-year anniversary, and they had jazz night and new extended hours. Definitely have one more reason to go more often

I’ve been living in La Crescenta for the past 20 years. I was looking for a good local coffee shop and was finally able to visit this one several times recently. Last Friday, I ordered a 12 oz flat white, and the young lady with black hair took my order. However, I was given a 12 oz latte. I mentioned that it wasn’t my order, and she explained that they only have an 8 oz flat white available. Why didn’t she ask me before I placed my order? I even gave her a tip, which I now regret. She didn’t even say ‘sorry.’

Also, I’ve tried their latte several times, but the thickness and taste vary depending on the barista. I’m not going to visit again. I am very disappointed.

This has become one of my new favorite spots. I love the atmosphere they are always so welcoming. The vegan food is delicious and the drinks are always great. I highly recommend this place. It is a great place to just read a book or hang out with friends. I will be coming here once a week for my drink. Can't wait to see you every week on Sunday.

The mocha latte with almond milk is so smooth. They also sell "avacado toast" it is only sold on Friday, Saturday & Sundays. Employees are humble & patient. They help you find the right drink for you. It is a calm atmosphere.
