My wife and I have been coming to VIP for years. Vanessa and Justin are the best, and so friendly.

Recently renovated, the shop is inviting and classy. The music choices have always been very relaxing.

I have been to a few nail salons over the years, but VIP is my home base and always will be.

We come here all the time and the service and ambience get better every time. We always walk out with the best of the best. Is it expensive? Well, how expensive is it when you go somewhere and your nails are popping or chipping within a week? These folks know how to set and put a finish that will last a month - sometimes more!!! Worth every penny for sure.

I went to go take off my nails. The two ladies laughed at me for wanting to take off my nails. I got Jenny. She was sweet but I think she wasn’t trained enough to take off acrylic nails. They should just do a soak off for nails.
Anyways, she asked the guy next to her to take them off he did take off the difficult one but it was more like he yanked it off and half my nail broke! Then , he tried to take my my other nail on my index finger and made it bleed. And told him to stop and said, “better luck next time”.
However, I tried to brush it off know Jenny was trying her best. I still tip her I just wanted to get out of there. She did try to put glue and acrylic powder so my nail can stay. Tip #1 always soak off acrylic nails for take off.

Be careful! I was going to this salon since January, and I loved the gel polish. But my last set of gels left me with paper thin, worn down, brittle nails. 4 of my finger nails have nail fungus! My natural nails look completely destroyed! 🙁

I had an appointment for 4 at 2 o’clock. We showed up maybe 2 minutes late. ALL pedicures chairs were full. Apparently appointments are worthless. And they put NOTHING in the water. No soaking in anything but water. And it is more expensive than others. I would hope to get more for the money but I got less for more money. Do not go here!

Today was a 1⭐. Been going here for years with pleasure. Last few visits have been mediocre, hence an average 2⭐. Walking through the gauntlet of cigarette smoking near the front door by staff is not a good look. Today was my last visit for a pedicure. 19 minutes from start to finish, with a glancing skim of heat across my leg and a scuff of scrub on my feet. Abandoned by my technician. I left giving no tip. I've never done that before, anywhere.

I got a pedicure here and it was terrible! The place was crowded which is often a good sign (busy often means good service) but not this time; I think it's because it's conveniently located next to Ralph's which is always busy. The technician cut me without apologizing, used a cheese grater after I asked her not to use a razor (huh?!), and rushed me through. What was really frustrating was that I had even 'upgraded' the pedi ($35 vs. $25) and she told me the service would be around 35 minutes. Right at the 25 minute mark she was ready to dismiss me. I asked her about the time; she responded by rubbing my legs (now with wet toes, so not all that easily or well) for about three more minutes. I wish I had gotten her name -- she was bad! Finally, to add insult to injury, after 4 days my polish started peeling. Upon closer inspection, I could see that my technician hadn't applied the top coat down the sides of the nails, so all that was lifting up. All in all, my experience with this woman was awful and I would never come back!

As a local I have always enjoyed going here. The staff is friendly and they do a good job. However today will be my last time. I asked for a Gel mani and Pedi. They gave me a sheet that said 55 for nails and 75 for pedi. Since it is my birthday month I figured I would treat myself. After I got done they told me it was going to be $180. I asked for what Only to be told they are now charging $25/ for both feet and hands for gel. I mean an extra $50e ach for gel This was the most expensive mani/pedi I have ever gotten.Even more expensive than an actual spa. Talk about feeling duped. There was nothing by the menu that they give you telling you about the extra either. Too high too expensive, and shame on them for not being more honest about their prices. Ask about every charge before you go here.

They got me in quick for a pedicure. The technician who helped me looked to be the manager or owner because he was directing other people's work. My pedicure was comfortable, but he cut one of my toe cuticles enough that it bled. The actual nail polish was applied sloppily. In the end, my nails look no better than when i paint them at home.
