My first time in this place, I paid for a new set which included removing my old set, doing a manicure (cuticle remover) and nail “design”; woman who served me did not have the delicacy to clean or polish I told her several times but she seemed angry with a very bad attitude.
I definitely do not recommend this place because it is expensive bad service and it is not worth it.

Lily and Sonny are amazing they've been my nail techs for quite sometime now if you're going to book an appointment with them do it early they get booked out

I come here regularly with my mom. Sony did my pedi and he really makes your pedi worth it. Great massage and scrub down. Staff here is friendly and very funny not to mention. They have an A/C unit which was nice for the summer heat. Spa chairs work great and they have a great variety of polishes. Prices are also great

I love Famous Nails!!! Very friendly and great customer service! Their pedicures are so relaxing. When Sonny messages your feet all of your stress from the day or week is gone!!!

I have never gotten my nails done and been so disappointed. The lady that did my pedicure barely did anything, my nail chipped literally the next day. I got gel nail paint on my hands, it’s day 3 and it’s chipping already. This is the first time I’ve gotten gel nail paint and it’s come off in 3 days!!!! Normally mine stay on for weeks before the ends start loosening a little. Probably not going again. This business needs to use better quality products. Also, the guy that did my nails was so eager to get me out that he started on my hands as I was getting my feet done, there was no space to put the equipment, so he put the UV machine on me (literally on my lap) making the whole process very uncomfortable and not as relaxing as it usually is for me.

Ok so I went there and was greeted nicely and the woman who helped me was nice. The only things I have a complaint about is the design I wanted she said she could do it and then turns out she could NOT do it at all so I opted for different nails. She hurt my fingers a few times she did take care of a hang nail and I was ok and thanked her for that. And the fact that I asked her to fix my index fingernail because she made it looked crooked with the acrylic, I think she ignored me, so now I was just like whatever just finish. Still gave her a tip, still made me not want to go there again. I was recommended this place from a friend who lives near us. I just wished my nails would look like hers. I was disappointed. But their customer service is ok though.
