Went in for pedicures with my mom, was a normal and pleasant experience until the technician trimming my nails dug deep into the side of my big toe and peeled out and cut off a piece of skin. It was really painful when she did it but the damage was already done, so I didn't say anything. I should have. Unfortunately, the area is now very painful, even to walk on, and it has become red and there is drainage indicating infection. I have included photos of the injury. My mom mentioned her tech also digging a little too far and it hurting her, even the next day, but she too did not say anything in the moment. I haven't ever had this kind of experience with past pedicures that the techs are digging so deep. Please be more careful with future customers.

Lisa did my nail design and omg amazing I have never gone somewhere with short nails and be this detailed. She did amazing . The place is really nice and she took care of the detail around my nails. These unfortunately are a picture of them grown out by three weeks but look how amazing they look !

I love this place! Been coming for years. They just remodel the inside, I love the new colors. I got the collagen pedicure, it was incredible! I also got a manicure too, she was great too. I love how I never feel rushed and they all do a wonderful job on my nail. The place is always clean and they have a tone of different colors.

I've been coming in once a month to see Kim for a lemon drop pedicure. Kim is incredible!!! She is very friendly and has a great personality. One thing I love about this salon is they pull their tools out of sterilized pouches!! Which I've never seen in a salon before. The salon is always clean and the entire staff is very attentive to your needs. Their services are worth every dollar you spend.

I rarely get my nails done or do acrylics, but Son did a fabulous job on the shape and nail design. Definitely recommend!

Not super stoked on the finished gel mail work after dropping 100$ plus 20$ tip.

There are air bubbles and dust in the nail paint, which I commented on during the session.

And the clear coat wasn't adequetly applied, leaving the matte showing through clear coat streaks. And I always do not like when they leave nail polish on the skin.

Got in touch with management and they have offered a discount on next appointment and to ensure my next appointment is with their best technitian.

Will update again once that passes, probably in a couple of weeks.

First time at the salon today, it was wonderful. I am definitely going back to get my pink and white fill as well as a pedicure in the near future. The salon was very clean everyone’s it was very helpful friendly and the prices are super Duper.
