Always have an amazing experience here. The staff is super nice and welcoming, and are very good at what they do. I typically only get pedicures, but today I was blown away with the manicure I got. My nail tech was super talented! I don’t remember if his name was Gary, or Henry, but he did absolutely amazing. The shape was flawless, best manicure I’ve ever gotten in Folsom. Super happy with this place as always! 🙂

Update: I received a call from the owner who apologized and offered to fix my nails and stated he talked to his staff as well. He also clarified that Jessica was out of town on vacation. Which I told him I understood, and was told by Jessica that she was going on vacation but didn’t remember when. I explained that I think I was more upset about being ignored and kind of laughed at when I asked about Jessica doing my nails. I understood that this was a misunderstanding, but that if I was just told that she was gone, I wouldn’t have been so upset. I do plan on going back because I really do like Jessica and I appreciate the fact that the owner reached out and spoke to me about the situation. I am changing my rating to a 3 from a 1 and when I go back, if it all goes well, I will change it at that time.

This was my go-to place, until today. I booked online with Jessica and did not get her when it came time to have my nails done. I even asked the tech who started taking off my polish if Jessica would be taking over and got ignored. The tech I did get did not take all of the old polish off my nails and you can see the dark color underneath that she missed, which she tried to hide by glopping paint on those areas. I don’t trust anyone with my nails which is why I booked with Jessica, because she’s the only one I do trust with them.

I paid $125 ($105 +$20.00 tip) for a pretty basic pedicure and some gel polish with top coat of gel.

Love this place! I'm very picky when it comes nail salons. This is it!!!! They had the rare color I LOVE! Jenny listened when asked for short nails which is very rare also. They always want to make them long. No one can do designs anymore. She did it so quick and perfect! And she was fast!!!!! Run here don't walk! I expect they will be very busy soon.

Nice staff but really just average and definitely not worth what they charged for the manicure. They didn’t do a base coat color for the french manicure, which was odd, and the white had bubbles and was uneven. The pedicure was good, but it was overall disappointing

Amazing service! I went with my mom's and aunts to get our nails done for my wedding and everyone was extremely nice! By far the best service we have ever received and our nails looked amazing!

Waaaaaaay to expensive!

I took my girls (18 & 20) to get their nails done about 2.5 weeks ago and for very very basic nail designs with short nail length, they were charged an arm and a leg. I hate to say it, but $70 on short stiletto oval style for one and very short square round nails and basic pedicure $130 for the other. The one who paid $130 had two nails break a week into having her nails done. She is not rough, they both broke with her trying to simply open an automatic side door on our car. All nails are still in tact for the one who paid $70.

No thank you, I guess that’s what we get for cheating on my normal nail lady‍♀️‍♀️

I visited here for a manicure for the first time today. Sally was my manicurist. She took her time and did a very thorough job. I asked for shiny nails which she provided for an additional fee. The price was very reasonable. I will request Sally next time.

One of the best acrylic sets and pedicures I’ve had in a long time! I showed her a picture and she got it all on point! Highly recommend!
