I visited this 7-Eleven on 06/28/2024 at 12:30 AM. During my visit, I encountered a cashier who was extremely rude to me and other customers. Despite being a paying customer, I felt discriminated against as the employee refused to serve me and check out my items.

Additionally, the cashier spoke very little English. I believe that 7-Eleven should consider terminating this employee, as I do not understand how such individuals can work directly with customers?!?! I will also be reporting this incident to Immigration and Customs Enforcement and CBP to verify the legal status of this dude.

The employee is a hispanic male with earrings and has a "SHAMMY" tattoo on his right forearm.

Whoever was working on the night of July 11th, 2023 , truly deserves a raise! I get that it is apart of these employees job description to clean up spills/accidents… but it is not their job to deal with your rude and entitled kids and their intentional messes and behavior! I went in on 7/11 day and it was packed with a bunch of HS and middle school kids , and they had absolutely no manners. They were dropping cups everywhere! I watched a child drop a cup, look at it, look at me, and just run away, where he eventually ran into another customer because he was not paying attention. This was the same cup his sister ended up slipping on and also did not pick up. The floor was sticky from what I assume to be dropped drinks. While I was filling my Slurpee cup , another boy just reached right in front of me and started filling up his cup with the flavor I was attempting to fill my cup with!! It’s called: wait your turn. They had no concept of what a line was, as they all just kept walking and reaching in front of people. The worst part is: some of the parents were with their children. I’m assuming they have the mindset of “ oh well the employees get paid to clean that up. “ On such a busy and hectic day, it’s called showing respect, and cleaning up after yourselves! It’s crazy, because you would think you would see this kind of thing in Sacramento; not here. I’ve been to 7/11 day at different locations, throughout the years, and even in Sacramento, it’s never as bad as I saw it was in EDH today. The employees have to deal with the chaos and stress of 7/11 day, and when it’s all over, they’ve got to be the one’s to clean up YOUR kids mess. The guy at the register was handling 2 registers at once with a packed store. As I said earlier, he had to put up with rude kids, parents, drunk people , etc . Give that man a raise!

I'm not happy with my experience tonight. I walked in to get some chips and gas. But then i saw that you could get a free small drink with signing up with their reward points. So i decided to give it a go. I did two separate transactions for my gas and snacks. Gas went ok. But when i did the chips and drink it didn't sit right with me. I tried to use the reward points and stuff and somehow a small bag of chips and a "free" small hot chocolate came out to 6 dollars. That math doesn't make sense to me. I asked the dude for a receipt and got ignored. I tried to ask again and got fully ignored this time and the he proceeded to fully ignore me, and got on his phone as he walked away from me. I get he has stuff to do, but customer service is also something he has to do, I'm not saying I'm the most important thing, but that totally ruined my experience here. I most likely won't be coming back to this location. I know my 16 dollars don't mean much to you as a big company. But there is other locations that do seen to care about their customers. Or at least care more then this location.

Very, very slow pumps. I was one of 2 people pumping gasoline and it takes forever. Even worse when it's crowded. Someone break out the checkbook and upgrade the pump system!

I went in late tonight knowing they didn’t have any hott food available, the guy behind the counter gladly made me hott and fresh steak taquitos middle of the night. The guy who works there is really quiet but he’s a very nice and helpful person. I would recommend

On our way to South Lake Tahoe we purchased the tire chains at this 7-Eleven, but did not use them. Driving back in a couple of days in the evening we stopped by this same store to return the chains. The clerk, Manpreet Singh, said that he cannot process the refund since this operation requires a manager. The manager, Rohit Sator, not present in the store, when contacted by phone confirmed that he needs to be in the store and asked us to come back next day to process the refund.

Since we live 150 miles away we could not accept that. 7-Eleven is a 24 hour store and as such should be providing the same service regardless of the time of the day.

This store is HORRIBLY maintained, restrooms filthy, store in shambles, ants on the soda fountains, not only that but expect to pay AT LEAST 15% more for any item you purchase at this store, gas is literally .50 cents cheaper per gallon 2 miles away, STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS, the owner here is clearly greedy
