I had been going here for a long time and it was good at first but I always had to wait even when I made an appointment and after my original girl left Rachel stated doing my nails and she hurt me every time with the tolls and even broke off part of my nail in the middle and it started to bleed and she didn’t say sorry and then she proceeded to still do a fill on the injured nail which hurt so badly I have changed places now but I will never be going back here

Went in to get a pedicure for myself and my daughter had a acrylic nails put on. They both came out great, except my daughter’s nails were bleeding slightly and she complained about the pain to me only after. I would recommend trying them out. I upgraded to the lemon treatment at $50 and my daughter’s nails were $55

6 days before my wedding, I stopped in to get a manicure and pedicure . I think the owner/mgr did my dip manicure. It's was awful! She went over my skin with the drill and I was bleeding, on top of that my nails were crooked. They also were lumpy not smooth at all. She was so rough, sticking her nails into my cuticle beds to push them back. The pedicure was was below average.
Was hoping they would do a great job as I live in the area. I will never go back..

Terrible service, Rachel was on her phone and complaining the whole time. I have had acrylic nails for over 10 years and this was the worst job ever. Needless to say I will find another nail tec

Pedicures are great but where they fail - APPOINTMENTS! Had an appointment set, and had to wait 35 minutes before they got to me. (Wasn’t the first time I was forced to wait!) They juggle clients here to hustle extra money - if someone walks in 20 minutes before your appointment they will take them and then make you soak in the tub forever until someone is freed up. If your time is valuable to you, this place lacks. Very clean, yes - great pedicure on the deluxe with the wax. “Bea” is my favorite - she gives the best massage and doesn’t rush through it like the others… great massage chairs, ambiance is OK - sometimes the music is corny and the lighting is too bright for my taste. Not bad overall just…. be prepared to wait…

Me and my three other friends came here to get our nails done. The dude who did my nails was fabulous and very sweet. Another lady did my two friends nails did good too. But my poor last friend got the manager Rachel. Rachel did a terrible job and made my friend bleed in three different places. Rachel added an extension to her nails even though my friend didn’t want them. Most of the staff is talented but unfortunately...Rachel is NOT.

Rachel did a gel manicure for me which was doomed from start to finish. She was distracted by phone, kept yanking my hand closer instead of sitting closer to her side of the station and kept a constant conversation with co-workers instead of engaging me as a client. To make matters worse, she put the wrong color on from the shade I chose from samples. She admitted her mistake! She ended up doing FOUR layers of gel on me. 2 wrong color, 2 correct color and when the sides and edges didn't match, she wanted to put regular nail polish on top of already too thick product! A horrible, thick ugly mess. I offered a cash tip thinking she would say "No" knowing she made a mess of me, but she accepted it. She did offer me a $10 gift certificate so I would come back again, but yeah ... that's not going to happen. 1/2 STAR, Sorry Rachel. You should remember there is a person attached to those hands and treat customers better and pay attention to the work you're charging for!
