I bought the screw on lug nut covers from the Iowa 80 Petro in Kenly NC and they are garbage. The threaded part has melted and I've lost several of the covers. Don't waste your money

Since the owner seems to think I'm lying per their response, I've updated this to include a photo of my call log showing a missed call from them to my cell phone. I'm a local guide and I have no reason to lie about my interaction with your staff in the customer service department and your cold caller Christian. Yeah, I talked to him. Your outbound call log apparently isn't working as my screenshot is cited proof and more valid than your "trust me bro you're wrong" response. You offered no validation yourself. Don't double down when you're clearly wrong... it just makes you look even more confused. If you can't address me with integrity and at least offer an apology when you're clearly in the wrong, then I can't imagine how you treat your paying customers customers behind their backs. Thank you for this public showcase of your appallingly poor customer service skills. Just in case the owner attempts to edit this or remove it, I've also added a screenshot of their original response.

Called my personal number without a reason, wasted my time waiting for 2 people to figure out why they called me when I called back to find out why. Lots of uh and I don't know and passing me around the office. I've never done business with this group before and I'm never going to based on how confused everyone was. The people there weren't even sure if they cold called me or not. Either way, please don't call me again.

Bought a set of the train horns for the price they cost they are junk. Haven’t even had them 6 months and the valve already stopped working. Very disappointed in the quality. Guess I’ll just trash them and buy a set from horn blasters!! Do better grand general.

Bought plastic chrome hubcaps for the drives and steers on my semi drive back to my house the tool to put them on is not in the box you have to pay 20 bucks for it so I go back the next day pick it up pay for it get back to the house it’s too big it won’t work The tools to install the nuts should come with the hubcaps they cost over $311::::EDIT:::::: three months after buying these I have one of the cap covers that is splitting apart went to the dealership I bought them from they cannot help me you get online you have to order a whole set thank it’s just better that I take all these back off and go back to the old-school hubcap and nut covers
