Came here with some other alumni friends during the local Homecoming weekend.

This was the most fun any of us had eating most anywhere, especially Searcy. We'd surely be broke if this place was open when we all lived here!

Only one of us had ever experienced Hot Pot long ago, so we were rather clueless going in, and we're this a bit hesitant. But once we understood the basic idea of how it works, it was a lot of fun!

The food that is brought out is only some heat away from being absolutely delicious! The marinades on the meats was amazing, and quite a kaleidoscope of flavors that were all so good!!

If you're looking for a fun, and new culinary experience, this is definitely it! Great place for a date, or a good time with friends. Definitely plan to spend at least 2 hours here for the full experience; although there are other options on the menu that are probably shorter.

Only negative to say was it was quite quiet when we were the only ones in there. Quickly forgot about it as we all got to talking.

Not going to lie, this place having no music is a little different when you’re the only people in the building but once other people started coming in that wasn’t a problem. We ordered 2 for $30 and each got a soup, a protein and 2 veggies. The tom yum was incredible. Just shy of my favorite chicken pho (which is also in the same town) but add on the veggies that meat you get to cook to your desired taste. I prefer my veggies a little more crisp so I had a great experience dumping all my veggies in all at once and scooping them out a little after it started simmering. The chive pancakes were delicious and made such wonderful tacos when I used the complimentary kimchee, pickled radish, the provided sauces and the chilis from the Szechuan soup I cooked everything in. Everything was fresh, I absolutely fell in love with the Tom Yum so I had some food envy but thankfully I still got a bowlful from my partner. The price for getting 2 meals being only $30 for a full, shareable meal was fantastic and the service was there to boot. Very happy. Will be back!

Amazing flavors! The food was fresh and the prices were very affordable! Our server was super friendly and walked us through the menu and best options, great customer service we will be coming back often!

We had great service, and we loved all the food. This is an "enjoy the experience" location! If you show up starving, there are ready made options, but chatting over the Hotpot was a great experience! I hope more people give it a try, the beef with regular base hotpot was what we enjoyed along with chicken teriyaki for the grill! Had a great time with the kiddo. Service was super friendly and very patient with our newness and misunderstanding of the concept. Will be happy to return and try other items from the menu!

It took over 30 minutes for us just to receive our food we got the 4 people bundle we never received our cucumber salad (I was really looking forwards to) also their “egg rolls” are not fried like they are traditionally very poor at explaining to us what the food was. 2/10 wouldn’t go there ever again. The only thing that was good was the sauce also the rice is really bland he just heated it up. I hate to be the person to leave a bad review but I’d rather go to Little Rock and eat at a hotpot

Was a great experience and the flavor was amazing! I couldn’t figure out which sauce was the best bc they were all so good! ? The Korean bbq beef and the lemon pepper chicken was on point! Great value for the amount of food as well!!

Happy that there is a new place to dine, but this visit (first) was just sad and disappointing.

The sad part was watching the waiter, there was only one, who was obviously overly tasked, trying to make things happen for customers, but with zero help, that was not gonna happen.

The waiter continuously apologized for ‘taking so long’ (his words), and you knew he was beyond stressed and just waiting for the moment to go home. I’m certain he said that to the other customers as well. We made sure to tell him we understand, that everything is okay, you’re doing the best as you can and not to worry; we weren’t going anywhere.

However, the most disappointing part of this visit, was watching couples and families walk out let down, without the opportunity of dining.

This is not because there was no seating (there were plenty of tables open), but because it took ten minutes to even be recognized at the door, waiting to be seated.

We watched two couples who were seated, get up and leave after 20 mins waiting for a menu. Watched another couple, standing at the door, walk out after waiting about ten minutes; two families did the same.

It got so bad, that the waiter turned away others, only to turn the sign around to show close and turned off the lighted open sign. Well before actual closing time.

There was a good gesture of understanding or sympathy that did occur from a young couple. Though they eventually walked out, they paid for their drinks and threw in extra on top of it.

Word of mouth is more effective than written reviews, and what happened this evening, with customers walking out, is extremely damaging and difficult to overcome. It will take a long time for them to even consider about returning.

Know the establishment is still relatively new, but truly hope that you turn this around.
