I have gotten coffee at this shop a few times now. The staff are always very friendly and usually quick with any order. It is completely drive-thru so you cannot dine in or go in but there spots you could park, if needed. The coffee and other drinks have always been good. It is right on Highway 49 so it can be hectic getting in, especially during peak traffic. The last time I went the drive-thru, which is gravel has a lot of holes in it so if you don't have a truck or SUV be wary of that. Not a bad spot for coffee though and will go back.

I have been using Busy Bean for nearly three years typically the Walnut Ridge store. However, this one is near my home so I stop when I need a good coffee. The problem is if you show up in the morning they have a problem showing up to work. Like this morning at 6am they haven't even showed up. This is probably the third or forth time time nobody was at the store at the 0600 opening time. Plus the coffees tend to be just on the warm side instead of hot.

I absolutely love busy bean, especially when their manager Hannah is there. Hannahs always willing to give me drink ideas and suggestions and ALWAYS makes my drink perfectly im convinced she can do it with her eyes closed. I know everytime I go there. I’m gonna get a good drink with a barista who’s smiling and looks like they genuinely enjoy their job.

Waited over 35 minutes on our order only to find that the drinks were not made correctly and after paying $10 each for 2 drinks we just had to toss them and go elsewhere for our morning coffees. Wasnt impressed at all with this place.

My score is so low because they close at 1 & I am not like most & a morning person.. I am a night shifter so I just go to other places to get my coffee most times.
