Went to the juso for a manicure, and all the young lady did was barely filed my nails and painted my nails. Less than 10 minutes. I said this is a manicure. She just looks. She was too busy trying to bet her coworkers to the next to people. She could have just told me my money wasn’t good enough. Never a again. Poor customer service.

I would give it zero stars if I could. Today was my first and last time visiting this establishment. I was in bad need of a pedicure. I didn't have time to get one before I left Little Rock. Out of all the years of getting regular pedicures, I have never been cut nor nicked in any fashion. TODAY, that woman CUT the side of my toe. NOT once did she apologize. I felt her cut me and told her, "Hey, you're cutting me. She wasn't going to stop until I said stop. She dabbed the blood off and kept going while I was still bleeding. I normally tip well, but not today. Not only did she cut me, but she rushed me out of the chair. Some of my toes didn't dry well. She put my sandals on and messed up my polish on my big toes. I don't recommend anyone ever to get services here.

What an experience. Two people worked on me and they both overheated my nails with the file and took off skin with it as well. The shaping of my nails was SPOT ON, but they only dipped the color twice, so it was streaky and see, though. One of my nails was broken the next day. I ended up having to go to another salon the next day to have them redone. It's a bummer too because I paid a premium price. I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 because the shape was perfection.

I didn't want to make a seen because it was too early but I will not be taking my mother back. The lady that was doing my mother's feet didn't do a good job. For one my mother had gotten the deluxe and I had gotten the regular one. It was just bad so I won't be back whenever I come back to camden to spend time with my mom and to treat her. I guess we should've gone to Envy.

Worst nail place I’ve been to. Paid 180 for 40 worth of work! They were supposed to be my birthday nails and the gems fell off that day. DO NOT GO HERE!

The owner has a very negative attitude towards certain customers. Based on him if I could give him a zero stars i would!! It's not the 1st time I've experienced this with him either. The wife is really sweet though. We're all spending money there and should be treated the same.

The man that works there wasn’t very pleasant and had an attitude about the service that I made an appointment for. Sometimes you have to confirm and ask questions about what the customer needs when making an appointment. Sometimes the customer simply does not know. Along with that he was trying to get me to do a different nail service and I expressed why I did not want that and was still giving me grief. The customer is paying so just move along with their request or maybe you should tell me where’s another place to go. Also when it came time to pay there is a $1 charge for debit card payment. I didn’t give him grief about that but he suggested I should pay for cash the next time well there won’t be a next time. I don’t understand what with this salon and other nail salons in Camden but a lot of their customer service is terrible. But I have options and that is not to spend my money with these nails salons.
