The most amazing and intricate nail art I’ve ever had gotten done! Nancy was able to replicate my reference photos exactly. The salon is beautiful and the staff were great ?

I called to ask them the price of a shellac manicure and then made an appointment and got my nails done and then when I got up front they tried to charge me $8.50 more because I got a different color on the ring finger. This is extremely frustrating because I called ahead of time to make sure I could afford this and they told me it would be 35. Trying to rationalize the added cost, it does not make any sense other than just price gouging because it's not like they're using any extra product, it's literally just them grabbing the bottle and using it on the one finger. I've gone to dozens of nail salons getting this style and I've never heard of this before- there was no added designs, no embellishment, no gemstones etc just a solid color and they literally tried to charge me $43.50 just to pull the bottle off the shelf. Then the lady said all I can give you a $2 discount if you want. How about don't charge me extra in the first place? then they said oh we only charged 40 now instead of 43.50. I told them I think this is wrong, I've never heard of a nail place doing that. they should notify people or have the prices listed on the wall or answer the question properly when I called to ask ahead of time hours before my appointment, once again BEFORE the service instead of trying to charge people all shady afterwards. I will definitely be checking my bank account too, to make sure they didn't charge my card extra. Shady shady business ethics.

I wanted to come to this nail salon because of how clean it looked and was. I had a chance, today.being a Saturday. I asked for deluxe pedicure with extra callus removal attention to the heels of my feet. My feet were not in the water very long before the manicurist, came and tapped my leg to put my feet up on the edge. I had gel polish on, she was grinding away and burned my big toe.
Everything just felt rushed. When it came to the heel of my feet, she scrubbed a little off and went on to my other foot. She went on to polish my nails, at the end I asked if she was able to remove the polish off my skin because it looked messy. She took her cuticle cutters and pulled the skin away from my toe and cut my skin off instead of using polish remover. I told her to stop, she was hurting me. Then I looked at the heels of my feet, looking like chipmunks had been chewing on them. I had brought someone with me, I didn’t want to make a scene. I paid over $ 130. Plus the person I brought gave each lady a tip. I want to give this place a 5 star review, cuz I do think they are good, and I think I will come back, but that lady will never touch my feet ever again.

I got a full set acrylic, and it was very nice. I never get fills so I had a few nails left from my previous set, and Nicole did amazing taking them off. I never request a soak off, so most nail techs just pop them off with the fake nails and it normally hurts a decent amount. This is the first time I’ve been to this location, and she did pop my old nails off, but super gently and it didn’t hurt a single bit!! I loved it so much! I will definitely return!!
