I thought this place was great, but my last experience with Nina makes me not want to come back here again unfortunately. She was very nice. However, she didn’t pay attention to the design I wanted and she agreed to, started charging me extra to make it look like the design, and within 48 hours the rhinestones SHE insisted on have fallen off.

I went in with a design (almond nails with a white and gold fan tip design) and after showing her the picture she said no problem and quoted a price. She added tips to my nails but didn’t make sure they were aligned so now a few nails have a kink in them. She then changed from dip to Tap gel (which I was told was the same price but honestly I’m not sure), and when that was done I asked if she was adding another layer because I could still see my natural nail and I didn’t want to be able to. She said yes then finished and started the white tip. So I asked her add the other layer and she was upset saying that it was the color I wanted, and when I said that I could still see the nail bed went and grabbed a pink polish and haphazardly painted it. I was peeling nail polish and tap gel off my nails for about two days. Then she started doing a French tip, and when I pointed out the design was a fan shape she again was upset and said she was going to start charging me extra. I said fine because I was already an hour into the appointment now, and she painted the most uneven shapes onto my nails. They were also splotchy but she did correct that. I had to correct the gold lines also, because she left them super thin almost invisible. Then she added rhinestones and within 24 hours of the appointment 2 had fallen off and now 48 hours from the appointment 7 have fallen off. I had to go to Walmart to buy new ones because I have my engagement photos tomorrow. These were finished at 5PM on Friday. I should not have to fix this so much within less than 48 hours. If you don’t think you can do a design please just say so.

This place is amazing. Always friendly, very efficient and SO TALENTED!! Shout out to Cookie for getting me ready for a wedding I have tonight.. showed her a picture and my nails look the exact same as how I imagined. Better honestly. Get your nails done! I promise you won’t regret it!

I usually come here to get my nails done, but the last few times hasn’t felt so pleasant. I went in today to get gel mani and pedi’s with my 7YO daughter for my birthday. I told them MULTIPLE times that I wanted ONLY nail polish for her (she likes to peel them off so waste of money to get gel, right?) I told 3 ppl, Both Mine and daughter’s nail techs and the girl who works up front, that I wanted ONLY polish. NOPE! The tech applied Gel on her finger nails, and when It was time to pay i didn’t cause any type of scene I just paid shook my head and left.
+the color I originally wanted for my nails to be a shade lighter, the nail tech kept saying darker to match my skin tone, but I didn’t gaf about that, I wanted the lighter shade,so I just gave in to the darker tone annoyed. I’ll admit the color is still pretty, just not what I wanted smh. And on top of that a few times I come in my nails are not 100% applied correct.
+ the tech kept trying to make me go for the more expensive option for my pedicure and kept making rude comments about waxing. I understand that we all got to make our money some way but No means NO. So I will no longer be coming here for any type of service. —3 star review…

I’m so pissed off right now I am in tears in my car!! I come here all the time and I never really have an issue. This time I got the girl in the front left of the salon, whom I’ve also seen at a different salon a long time ago and now she’s here. She rushed the entire process. She slapped the acrylic on so fast and it looks thin at the bottom and wide at the top. Then she filed everything so fast that the shape was not even at all on some of them. She didn’t care. Then she was rude when I asked her if she could do the ombré glitter from the reference picture I showed her. The whole experience was so bad and I am never going back to Pretty Q as long as she works there. Sucks because everyone else is pretty good. But she is Not! And she doesn’t care about the customers. Just the numbers. I am so angry right now!!!

I’m so sad I’ve been coming here for years and this by far was the worst experience I’ve had the old lady doing my toes had an attitude and was throwing things, just tapped my legs as a massage, cut my toe doing my pedicure and didn’t even clean out all my cuticles, nail polish was horrible and bumpy and for some reason she did acrylic all over my big toes when I asked for just the top for it to be square.. overcharged me and said I had Gel polish on previously when I did not.. manager had to redo this old lady’s work and overall I loved going here but will not get my work done from that old lady with lip filler she looks like she’s always upset not good customer care. I brought a friend in too because I talked highly about this place and this happened, never coming here again.

honestly such a good experience, Sam did my nails and i love them! he took his time to ensure i left happy! and everyone there was so kind and honest about what they could do or not based on my inspo pics. pricing was good based on the time and tedious work i was asking for! so happy! thank you Sam:)

went to get a pedicure, I was in and out in TEN MINUTES. worst service ever. kept asking if I wanted gel and when I said no it’s like she was no longer interested in doing the service. Asked for square shape DID NOT GET IT. When she walked away I grabbed the nail file and did it myself. Super disappointed. Would not recommend going here. I wish I would’ve looked at the reviews beforehand, save yourself a bad experience!!!
