I took my 4 year old son here for stitches in his chin and Tristyn our nurse was so kind and friendly and our Dr., Dr. Mann was also great. Both of them were sweet with my son and made him comfortable. The lady at the front desk (I can’t remember her name) was also very sweet. They did a great job on my son’s stitches.

If I could give this place I would give 0 stars.
My husband was recently diagnosed with Influenza-A. We had gone to an urgent care down the road who recommended us go to the emergency room for additional testing. I arrived with all the documentation for Dignity Health only for every single employee to disregard our issues. The doctor essentially refused my husband care and was incredibly dismissive.
I have filed a complaint to the medical board because to not even attempt to help a patient and to not head another doctors recommendations goes against their oaths as doctors. I will fight this and I am incredibly disappointed in this facility.

If you want genuine help, don't go here. I won't share the doctors name because I don't anticipate him having his license for much longer.

Went in late last night for something I felt super embarrassed about, even though I shouldn’t have felt that way, it was still hard for me to get the courage to go in, but I have had awesome experiences here in the past so I figured I would go in.
Right when I got there, Vivian was super sweet and got me registered and checked in very quickly, I didn’t have to wait more than 3 minutes to get called back.
The nurse Thomas got me settled into a room and right away when I said the reason I was there, I was super embarrassed still at this point, he instantly made me feel comforted and showed so much compassion for me that it made me feel less embarrassed and made me realize it was the right choice to come in.
Then Dr B came in and also was absolutely amazing from start to finish. He was so compassionate as well and showed so much empathy towards how much pain I was in. I was placed in a procedure room and the other nurse Jackie was there to assist Dr B. I explained that I was nervous and she kept comforting me and reminding me to breathe, which I am super bad at, she instantly calmed me down.
While Dr B performed the procedure, he explained everything he was doing and was so caring and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. For such an awful painful thing I was dealing with, I couldn’t have asked for a more caring team to take care of me. From start to finish, everyone was amazing and took great care of me. Thank you guys so much!

Got right in, doctor was great. Staff great. Had to wait for an ultrasound tech to get there to do ultrasound on my leg that was numb and no feeling in foot. Took 2 1/2 hours to do both legs. She apologized for it taking so long, as she was new at this Waited for vascular surgeon from Chandler to read ultrasound and he released me. When went to his office 2 days later, he took another ultrasound (took 15 minutes) and discovered it was a blood clot behind my knee. Admitted me to hospital immediately and did surgery next day.he apologized that the first ultrasound was done wrong at the ER. I could have lost my foot and leg, if not found sooner.

I’ve been a few times. Super friendly staff, very informative and patient if you have questions. Pretty quick lab/testing results. The doctors are helpful in referring you to see specialists if your issue needs it, to make sure you get it completely taken care of.

Had to take my son in last week because he injured his finger, I can't say enough good things about the treatment we received! From the kind woman at the front desk who reassured my son, to the sweet nurses (Rica and Kanon) who took such special care and made the scary experience fun for my little guy, even the Xray technician was sweet as could be! The doctor (Dr. Eisinger) was very knowledgeable and reassuring and did a great job in providing treatment and explaining next steps and expectations for healing.

I visted the ER this past Wednesday. What a pleasant surprise to get in and out so quickly, less than an hour. Everyone was very pleasant and efficient. Kudos to Dr Mann, my thumb is healing beautifully.

PA Jon Pennington and the nurses that helped my son today were amazing! My son was having trouble breathing and I was scared they were so thorough and listened to all my concerns! This meant so much to me and my son!
