Shopping carts all over the parking lot. Some prices were good, but others not. So so on the friendly scale. Then had to download their app for discounts, come up with password, etc. Much prefer the plastic cards other stores use at check out, they are scanned fast from my key chain. With a phone app you have to hammer away looking for the thing on your phone while holding up people behind you in line. This was a one time shopping trip, will go back to my old stores and my plastic key chain cards that take seconds to use.

Well I’m actually blown away at how nice this market is!!!!!! The produce is amazing as well as everything else in the store… the bakery although we try it yet also looks amazing… we did try the soup though…. All I can say is that it was really good…. Way better than the Bashas in Sedona…

Worst experience. I should not have yo ask so.eone 4 times for help just for them to ignore me while they stuff thier face.
The very very large guy working behind your bakery and deli. I get he needs to eat every 5 minutes to keep his figure. But seriously when I ask for help I expect that. And your lovely lazt lady manager bonnie or whatever is just as bad. She didn't care at all. I won't shop here and it seems alot of stopped shopping here. The service sucks. Bad. And these people if they are that lazy than I will support a different store that cares about me as a customer.
Oh and tell fat man to wash his fam hands after licking them. That's and he is totally disgusting.

Worst place ever,it is nasty the staff are nasty i watched the deli guy scratch his ass then handle someones food i turned and walked away. The managent dont care if the employees are disgustin and rude they are just like their employees disgusting and rude

I like the stuff (selection) at Basha’s! They have Polar brand sparkling water in (approximately) 1-liter plastic bottles, as well as 1-liter bottles of Arrowhead sparkling water, neither of which I can find anywhere anymore, at places like Safeway, Fry’s, Walmart, etc, though I can still get 1-liter-ish sized bottles of seltzer water at those places, until I saw that Basha’s has both Polar and Arrowhead brands.
But… and I don’t know if it’s more of a Sun City West thing or just due to the individual stores, but the Basha’s in SCW has very high prices!! Just like Safeway & Fry’s in SCW, the Basha’s in SCW has overpriced goods.
Except for the prices being just as high as the other two major supermarkets in SCW, which, as I mentioned, are outrageous, Basha’s, imho, is the best of the grocery stores in Sun City West and what makes this the case is this: selection!

I ❤️ this place. The staff is very courteous. I communicated with Jake in the customer service who was helping me beyond my expectations.
They have variety of products available. I love to shop in this store.
