Went to pick up an online prescription order however the pharmacy was unable to release the order due to a network outage. For a pharmacy that provides important prescriptions to their customers it's unbelievable they don't have backup systems in place. I would recommend going somewhere else for your prescriptions.

Poor customer service, my wife had just gone through a serious operation. I was off of work for several days taking car of her and unfortunately my license was expired but I had one coming in the mail. I had a second form of state ID. In which they excepted the day before. Then when I went to pickup an additional prescription the next day. The gentleman behind the counter went and asked a coworker about how to override the system to accept my second form of ID and from the back I could hear her disrespect my profession and second form of ID. And basically told him to tell me to pound sand. When I told my wife she said they had gave her prescription away in the pass if she was a day late after they called her to pick it up. So I marched back in there showed them the renewal email and called them on there B.S, and all of sudden they were able to override the system. Super unprofessional, did what they should of done in the first place.

Please stay clear of the pharmacy!!! Medications are never ready. My doctor sent my prescription a month ago, made 4 trips, they acted surprised and argued/justified their noncompliance. The pharmacy technicians and pharmacists are all racists! One of the worst customer service, I have ever experienced and witnessed! Please raise awareness!

They're out of literally things a pharmacy can't run out of, ie, hydrogen peroxide, rubbing alcohol.. not short term either, months go by with empty shelves. If you have to live here you just learn to drive to Hesperia to get things.

Went twice for prescription and failed to have said I need to call my doctor but the sent it twice to them and qas on there fax machine and then told I needed to wait 20 more minutes I just left and asked about mailing to me because wasting gas after heart attack is too much for me they said would not do it because I have to wait till someone calls me wow.

I’ve had next to no positive experiences with the people working in the pharmacy here. From them being too lazy to check if a prescription was approved after initially being denied, (I knew it had been approved for 2 weeks at that point) to being put on hold in an endless loop for having to check the name of the prescription I needed refilled for my 6 year old with ADHD. They have the absolute worst customer service skills of any pharmacy I’ve ever been to. I’ve never in my life had this many issues with a pharmacy of all things. I’m requesting a change of pharmacy to Walmart I’d rather drive an extra 20 minutes one way than to deal with these people. Filing a complaint to Rite Aid corporate they desperately need to check their employees attitudes or fire them. No one should be treated poorly for simply needing to pick up medication, or checking to see if a refill is available or needs Dr. Approval.

Terrible experience every time we come! Pharmacists are not knowledgeable, rude and blunt lazy. When they say prescription will be ready in an hour, it usually means the next day. You confront them and tell them you called 3 hours ago and they said it’ll be an hour and they start arguing with you and even raise their voice! It happens every time we use them. They don’t care about if you are after the surgery and need pain medication, they just absolutely useless. Unfortunately, there is not much choice in Phelan and this place is just another testimony of a broken US medical system.
